I have mixed feelings about this place. First and foremost I visited this location on 2/15/24 and appx 630pm. Ordered a BEEF Barbacoa burrito. Went to pay and the cashier asked me what kind of meat I got and told him I received the beef. He told me they didn't have beef but the girl who prepared my meal put in the sweet PORK barbacoa instead. I was hungry and accepted it. But how dumb to think she could pull a fast one on me or any other customer as if we couldn't tell the difference....read full review
I came in to order a taco salad. Alfonso helped make my food and was super nice to me even when I had difficulty understanding how the process worked. He suggested I try the chicken and wow he was right! Delicious! By the end of our interaction I felt like I had made a new friend. Top notch customer service!!!

Love Cafe Rio! Fresh, fresh, great! I love that I can build my perfect meal. I probably won't order the quesadilla again. It was super cheesy for me, but I love the tostada or the salad!!
