We go here frequently. Love the chips and salsa and if you ask they will bring you some Chile Verde for your chips as well, definitely do that!! We got the fajitas and think that they are some of the best in Bakersfield!! We go almost once a week now!!

I absolutely love Don Perico Hageman. The fajitas are always spot on. With crispy thin steak strips and that amazing citrusy flavor. The veggies are perfectly soft and delicious. We recently moved out of state and plan to return to Don Perico any time we visit town. The only negative is that sometimes the staff can be stand-offish.
