I hear a lot of people talk about this place and I finally went to try it out with the family. The flavored drinks were not good, we ordered 3 different drinks and all had that same bitter taste, the beans were over fried, shrimp was over cooked, the octopus was cooked right but they dipped in a funky tasting batter which ruined it, the servers were kind but were impatient when we were ordering food. I didn't like this place much, I would not come back
First time here, someone mentioned it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed. Food was good, I really enjoyed the chile verde burrito. They have a really good salsa, you can only get if you request it. Really hot and perfect flavor. I definitely recommend this place if you are in south Bakersfield and you are looking for a good place to have lunch.
