Cozy authentic mexican food makes me feel like I'm at my mom's house and she's in the kitchen making my favorite dish the molcajete is where it's at!! you gotta get that for sure the home made fresh tortillas are scrumptious!
Amazing homemade food! We stopped by on our way to Joshua Tree National Park and we are so glad we did. We got tacos and huevos rancheros. The food was flavorful, authentic and homemade corn tortillas were amazing. The service was fantastic as well. Highly recommended, we may stop by again on our way back.

Adelitas is by far one of the best hole in the wall Mexican restaurants in Bakersfield that has been around forever. They have everything you can think of from traditional Mexican breakfast, caldos, molcajetes & mariscos. Have never had a meal that hasn't been a 10/10 and all taste like Abuelita was in the kitchen. Did I mention they have the best Menudo, don't forget to ask for the salsa picosa.
