A hidden gem. California style BBQ. I met the owner and grill master Keenan. Who took such pride in his smoke room , which he was kind enough to show me. 3 dynamic smokers were adjacent to the kitchen. He opened up to show me he was doing beef ribs. The two dinner plates were excellent. Chicken was not dry, and the ribs were not over cooked. Very pleased to finally have Bar-b-que done right. Will definitely return again.Wheelchair accessibility: It's located in the city of Bellflower, Which is very wheelchair accesslble.

The bbq was outstanding but be warned it is slow roasted and smokey. Some people don't like the smoked aspect and are caught off guard. The sauce was excellent. The sides were all large portions on their own.
