Since I'm a big fan of Pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread), it's so grateful to come across this place. They sell not only cooked cheese breads but also frozen ones which I can cook anytime at home whenever I want to eat them! (I was making them from scratch before I found them.) They have some sandwiches with the cheese bread also. I so wish I took pictures! My friend and I had the picanha (steak) sandwich on pão de queijo and yucca garlic fries to share. It was GREAT! The steak was juicy, not over done, they yucca fries had fresh minced garlic. They have outside seating, and the staff wears masks. This is one of my favorites (and it's a trans safe space too!!!?️‍⚧️?️‍?)

I stopped in on my way to Berkeley for a quick bite. Originally planned to get coffee and cheese bread but the woman at the counter said a sandwich would only take 7 minutes. In the end, the sandwich took 40 minutes. No one else was in front of me in the line and there were only 2 women sitting outside and having coffee, so it didn't make sense to me. I was really disappointed by how far off her estimate was and got to my meeting really late BUT the steak sandwich I got was phenomenal....read full review
