“Absolutely 5-Star! Everything was on point. We were in Lake Arrowhead for several meals and this one was definitely the best. They also serve breakfast, so we're coming back for that as well next time. All four people in my dining party were very happy with their food. Cali Burrito. Shrimp Burrito, Chimi-style bean & cheese. They even had a chicken sandwich for our picky eater. Highly recommend!”

“We stopped by the Villager for breakfast while in town for the weekend and it's such a great spot! This was our first time there and we were definitely impressed. The ambiance and service are great and the breakfast menu was huge. My son ordered the breakfast burrito and it was gargantuan! We all loved our food and the cozy front booth we were seated in by the window was perfect. We will definitely make this a regular stop while in Lake Arrowhead!”

“We had such a great night out at the Dogwood Tavern! We're in from out of town and were looking for a place to get drinks and dinner, and was open past 9pm. As we Googled restaurants, this was hard to find in the area. I came across Dogwood Tavern, and it seemed to check all the boxes, so we gave it a shot.I'm so glad we did! The food was great! Ingredients were fresh, and portions were large. They did not skimp on the avocado.They had a great selection of alcohol. Drinks were great! My lemon drop martinis were on point! The owner/bartender even asked if I liked them sweet or tart, which to me is always a good sign that the bartender cares that you get a drink you are going to like.And what a great atmosphere! I was pleasantly shocked by the amount of seating. They had booths, tables, and bar seating available.There were 2 billiards tables, a few other games, large tvs and a stage. We were in on a Monday night in early March, so it was the off-season, but there was a nice flow of customers. But I bet this place gets hopping on the weekends.The selection of music playing over the speakers was perfect! It was at a great volume to where I could still have a conversation with the people around me.If you are in the area, stop into the Dogwood Tavern; you won't be disappointed!”

“This place is extremely tasty. No negatives. Even better than I thought it would be. Take out only, with a little waiting area. Came out quickly, hot and fresh. I ordered the Papa bowl #1 (I think that’s what it’s called) with Kalbi. That little short rib was seasoned down to the bone, and had a nice smoky grilled flavor. That marinade is the best I’ve ever had. Also comes with lots of fresh steamed veggie, and a very flavorful dumpling. If you eat a lot or like a lot of meat, you may want to order extra meat or try a different bowl. It was perfect for me and very inexpensive for the quality of ingredients. The customer service was outstanding. Very charming and kindhearted lady served me top quality green tea in a cup noodles cup. So cute and charming. Please support this business.”

“Cute ramen spot that I don't think it super well known! In addition to that, their ramen is good! I got the truffle ramen with tofu, and other than it being a little on the saltier side, I really enjoyed! Noodles had a good texture, truffle flavor was prominent, tofu was cooked well and they didn't skimp on it, and broth and mushrooms were good too. Servers were good too!”

“Going to Top Kebab is like going to have a meal with family. The owner treats you so well. Food comes out fresh and hot. And the taste is by far the best middle eastern food in the Inland Empire. Why? She uses top quality ingredients and serves everything fresh!Writing this review has already got me thinking about the mouth watering meats. And then at the end of the meal please consider having some of the tea with Baklava. A great finish to a tasty meal.Seriously ?”

“This is everything we love from a local and loved place when traveling. It is quaint and warm inside in terms of atmosphere and food. Not a big place, and no high chairs from what we could tell- just a handful of tables. But we were fortunate and came at a good time and were able to sit downstairs and chat with the bartender the whole time with our 18m old. Kyle the Bartender treated us like family in his home and we had a great time.”

“You have lots of choices where you can buy tamales. Thank the tamales Gods that I was able to find this place. I drive 2 hours to buy the tamales at this place. They're the tastiest ones I've ever had this side of the border. Not only are they delicious they're also a nice big size. The masa is tasty and moist. Make sure to get here early as there's always a line out the door. These ladies really know what they're doing”

“Food was really good. I had the chilaquiles and my husband had the combination plate w the chicken and cheese enchiladas rancheras. I was going to take pictures of our food but it was too late. Our plates were empty ! Limited seating, but the ambiance was good. We were seated right away. They also had piña, Jamaica, and horchata. We will be back for sure. I'm going to try the albondigas next time...”

“Good beer in a cool spot by the lake. Flights of 4 are available, and they have fun games to play while you drink. Bartender was very nice, we accidentally spilled a 4oz taster beer and he gave us another one at no charge. The Scorpion Bowl Sour was my favorite, the Flatlander Blonde is also solid.”
