We hardly ever go to burger King when we lived in the city, but I GOTTA SAY WE LOVE COMING HERE since we moved up here the people here are ALWAYS FRIENDLY they are a true definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's always clean the food is great the cook JOEL makes the food exactly how we want it no errors. Our children ask us everyday to go to burger King cuz they love the food and they are picky eaters. Found this at the intersection of CA 58 and US 395. On my visit, the staff was friendly and helpful. I even briefly spoke with the manager and she seemed to be doing a great job interacting with both customers and employees. If you're going through Kramer Junction, it's a solid Burger King. If you don't like fast food restaurants in general or Burger King in particular then you won't like it.

We were in the mood for some burgers, and it had been some time since we ordered from BK. We went through the drive-thru, placed our order, and pulled up to the window. However... when we got our food, the burgers were COLD. I don't mean, just not hot. No, they were literally cold. If I just ordered my food, there should be no reason for any of my food being cold. If this is how BK is going to give us our food, we will not ever be back.
