1/4/24 - The Wetzel's is located inside the mall at a stand. We ordered the Pizza Bitz and Cinna Bitz. We took the food back to the car and started eating where we unfortunately discovered that there was a hair lodged between the pizza bitz deep in the cup. I took it back to the stand where I waited in line. I spoke to their cashier and he discussed it with his superior after inspecting the food himself. I was assisted by a gentleman (I believe his name is Omar from what I heard him say) this past weekend and he was super nice and greeted me with a smile. I asked him for a recommendation and he recommended the pizza pretzel which was so good. Thank you for your professionalism and recommendation! ?

No because I waited for like 10 minutes and the whole time they just kept walking by and ignoring me. Costumer service was a 0 stars. After I ended up taking my business to the Cinnabon next store and there service was much better
