I have been to many El Pollo Loco's in my lifetime I am 43 years old and have eaten many times there but this El Pollo Loco on Beach Boulevard near Super1 mart and Bank of Hope is by far the best El Pollo Loco ever super clean restroom smells very good well stocked food tasted excellent and the best thing about this place was the service a man named LUIS I'm not sure if he was the manager but I think he was was so very friendly professional and courteous I could not believe the...read full review

Super clean tables and bathrooms compared to other El Pollo Locos. Overall employees were friendly and accommodating. There were napkin containers on each table and a daisies (fake). Choice of music was 1960's and pleasant. I would come back!

Can I give 10 Stars? *They hired a disabled man with Autism! Last week I dined in with my mom, and noticed an employee working really hard to keep the dining area clean. He was being guided and directed by his medical assistant as they ensured the trash cans were clean and empty, tables clean, floor clean, etc. I immediately became impressed by the Management team at this location.
