First of all, I had a combo menu that included brisket. I was impressed by the young male staff member who was so kind. He asked me to tell him right away if I needed anything like sesame oil rice, and he even grilled the meat amazingly. For a moment, I thought, “Does Baek Jong-won provide service training himself?”
Great spot if you're looking for high quality meat and can spend a little more. It's not AYCE, but again the quality is much better. For groups, I'd recommend getting a combo since it comes with soup. For just 2 ppl, you could order a la carte to choose the meats. My favorite are the rib eye (꽃살) and pork jowl (항정살). Wait times can get long and they don't take reservations, so I'd recommend coming at slightly off hours.

This place is a notch up in service and experience I’ve had in Korean bbq spots. They change the grills after every meat they cook for you. ? The egg and cheese soufflé is dense and good. And the seafood pancake is ?!!!!
