I usually get my ice cream in a cup. But today i got my ice cream in a cone. The cone was old stale and chewy for some reason.

They drive a hard bargain at this establishment with premium prices that are worthwhile to indulge in. The ice cream is of the finest quality and endless quantity given that one is willing to spend a little more on desserts.

Horrible service and way too expensive. $16 for two one scoop cones and the sugar cones were old and hard. The customer service is horrible. We got there 5 minutes before closing and got served. 3 kids walked in after us and were told they were closed. Why have the door open if they don't want to serve anyone else. NEVER AGAIN. Too many places nearby to buy ice cream.

Delicious!!!! Pretty good options and I wish they'd stock up more on the weekends though & have more dairy free options!!

There are 3 other ice cream shops in this area, but I prefer Ben & Jerry's. They have a large selection of creamy deliciousness, the staff are quick and very friendly and the servings are generous. Plus, their ice cream is so delicious. It is also so nice to sample their flavors without having to buy a full quart at the grocery! I generally eat dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area, and then stop by here on the way back for a cold and creamy dessert- you can't go wrong!

I got Ben & Jerry's ice cream yesterday. I got a scoop of Strawberry Cheesecake and a scoop of Chocolate Fudge Brownie in a Dipped Waffle Cone. The ice cream was delicious as was the cone. Service was good.

I love the staff. I loathe that Amy of the vegan options are only available if you buy a pint. That Avery annoying

Our waffle cones were stale and the Tonight Dough wasn't as good as I remember it. We were really looking forward to dessert after dinner but oh well. Friendly service though.

This place has the best ice cream, although it is on the pricey side and two scoops will cost you almost 10 bucks. I got the pecan and the cookies and cream which was delicious. We were greeted by a nice staff member who let us take our time to look at the menu and options in front of us. They gave us great service. The dining area is quite simple but it gives it character. There are some cool paintings on the walls and it is spacious, nice to hang out and eat your frozen dairy delight. 10/10 would recommend.

Poorly run franchise. Ice cream left out in the open, poorly staffed. Yuck.

I had some trouble finding this Ben and Jerry's, the map locates it next to the Starbucks on the Main Street but either the map is wrong or it has moved to be across from the sketchers just off the Main Street. There were some boxes being stored on the floor that I wasn't sure would pass ServSafe, but the scoop shop was generally clean. And, or course, it's impossible to go wrong with the ice cream here! It is a very small shop, expect to take your ice cream to-go on busy days due to lack of seating. There is some public seating in the area.

I love cookies so I got a pint size amount of the cookie dough icecream. My friend got the small cup which was around $5 and my pint was about $10.
