Poor service, stuff is not welcoming, looked very annoyed and showed their attitude (the young lady with glasses). We ordered tofu, carry, noodles, bok chou and drinks. Tofu was over cooked, soggy.Definitely not coming again.

The bubble is soft but only about 20. The noddle in wonton noddle soup is orange? Actually, I don’t know what I ate. I may visit again if ALL restaurants closed.

If the customers knew what goes on in the restaurant when all the students come out of the near by high school and lounge there, they would not order from this establishment. The ratings don’t seem to make sense. The staff is rude and way too young (or lacks of common sense) to work. At around 2:40pm on 09/22 (so they can check the surveillance video) - a student had her/his foot on the table, one spat on the floor on the other side of the room. I am sure there is recording. Has to be. The employees were as careless as the students. I came in and out, made eye contact with the person with the foot on the table, no reactions were registered. The people behind the register SURELY saw it before and after I was there. Hygene in that place is compromised. Be aware. The time before that (about a month before), a family member (it seemed, sitting with the “employee”) was eating without shoes on. When I asked the hefty young lady “working”what country of origin the food was from, I had two separate answers, with a confused tone as if I asked the solution to the Congolese humanitarian crisis. I do food deliveries.

Nice pitstop after a Costco trip. Been here quite a few times over the past few months and really enjoy the blended milk teas/blended Thai teas. Very pleasant tea taste throughout the drink and it's consistently great quality. The popcorn chicken here is amazing, great portions and just the right amount of crunch. Seriously their portions are doubled what you get at most other places for the same price without sacrificing quality.

One of the best Boba spots in town! Quick service for the most part, the atmosphere is also very quiet and enjoyable, can get work done if need be. The food is amazing as well as the beverages available and their add ons! This spot deserves more attention. Overall 5/5 on every aspect.Parking: Parking is almost always available, and right next to the entrance as well.

I really love this place. It's unfortunate it's in such a dead shopping center, but please don't let that deter you from trying this hole in the wall....the place isn't fancy but service is friendly, food delicious with generous portions (my fave hot n' sour soup ever), and great drinks. My favorite has to be the watermelon tea! Incredibly refreshing with real crushed watermelon.I also admire hardworking immigrants pursuing their American dream. It's definitely a family doing everything they can to make it work so when you buy a drink or meal, you know it's going to their children's school, rent...the basics....despite the challenges of language, location, etc, they work together to make the customer's experience a happy one.

This is my favorite boba spot!

Huge fan of this place because of 1. their soft, indulgent honey boba and 2. their non-caffeinated milky drink offerings, targeted at kids and non-tea drinkers.

The food was horrendous, made me and my boyfriend sick to our stomachs! I don't understand why there are so many good reviews the orange chicken sauce looks like artificial red dye and has no orange flavor! The fried rice was so dry and flavorless and tasted old ! The udon noodles were extremely greasy and tasted like straight pepper! Lastly the Thai tea had no flavor just tasted like milk mixed with water and a drop of tea flavor! So bland, I'm extremely disturbed and feel catfished by the other reviews.

I love this place! It's near my job and whenever I want a quick boba I come here. I can say I have literally tastes almost all the flavors and my favorites are the milk tea and the rose milk tea. But I still like them all! The food is very delicious and packaged very where when it's to go. Service is quick and I recommend it.

Favoritea has become another of our go-to delivery places via DoorDash. I haven't been to the restaurant in person but I've ordered at least a dozen times so far. We love the popcorn chicken! It always hits the spot. Great crunch, even with delivery and a nice hint of spice to make it interesting & flavorful. The chow mein is usually on point and the bbq pork buns can be hit or miss (sometimes they're a little on the tough side, but when they're good, they are so yummy!). I typically will order passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba - so refreshing! My husband regularly will get a taro iced blended with boba. So good! Overall, we find Favoritea to be super reliable and a def recommend.
