My Bookclub had a Wonderful meeting & and delicious meal at this lovely Family owned restaurant.There were 12 of Us Ladies & we were treated So Well! Our Server Lily was Efficient, Friendly & Helpful!Our Food came out Timely & Hot! Mmm!We All Loved the Hummus, Eggplant, & Cucumber dip w/pita to start. Oh, the Grape leaves were the Best I ever had! Yum!My Cornish he Kabob was so tender & flavorful! Our entire group were full & satisfied.I even ordered both the Lamb & Beef kabob dinners to take home. And of course more Hummus & cucumber dip.I feel the prices were reasonable & the service impeccable!

I have been coming to this restaurant for 10 years. People are so nice. It's family owned atmosphere is nice. The food is great. Clean nice food if you're looking for authentic original food. This is where to come.Parking: Lunch time is busy, but you can find parking on tge street.

Amazing food and amazing service! We had the beef kabob, lamb kabob, luleh, and barg kabob. All of the meat was quite tender and flavorful. The rice was fluffy and the vegetables were very fresh.They were so kind and offered us some free appetizers since it was our first time. They gave the cucumber salad, hummus, and eggplant dip. It was some of the best eggplant I've ever had and the cucumber salad was very refreshing. The hummus was the perfect creamy compliment to the meat and pita.Truly a family feel to the restaurant and I would absolutely bring my friends and family here. Highly recommend!!

What a fantastic find! The family went shopping at the nearby center and we came upon this gem for lunch. We are all so happy we did. The service was great the food amazing and the chill music and atmosphere was so nice on a hot day. We will be back every time we come to Burbank. It’s that good!!! We loved this restaurant so very much. We stopped here while on a road trip and were delighted with the fresh, flavorful food for a good price. The barberry and sour cherry rice - wow! Salmon kabobs were delicious. And the baklava! The owner was our favorite part. What a wonderful person. I highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Great options
