Had lunch on Sunday with a friend at the Burbank CPK and was very disappointed. The menu had changed. I ordered 3 items. No soup available. No burgers. No sandwiches. Finally settled on a salad that wasn’t very good. And no toilet paper in the bathroom! We definitely won’t be going back!

The kitchen staff and the manager really carried this visit into nice time territory. Going to a restaurant is always tricky between shifts, and a certain degree of understanding and patience is definitely needed. This was one of those times, and boy did the front of the house staff make us wait. So much so that the manager came over to handle the table service. After the initial confusion and having to wait until after the bread was served to get water, things got much smoother. In the end, the food was tasty as it usually is here. The dual wood ovens make a pizza like none other can.Lastly, I'm a little biased for this location. In the years of yonder, I was a kitchen manager here when it was a bit more upscale, but this was almost two decades ago.Dietary restrictions: They don't do very well on this.Parking: plenty now that IKEA isn't there any longer.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is pretty decent. I've eaten from it when dining lite and it's nice.

I remember a time when CPK used to actually be good. Am I correct, or have my tastebuds completely changed? I mean, it was never high end gourmet food but at least everything used to taste good. CPK used to have a GREAT selection of salads. The Chinese chicken one being o e if them- where did all the good salads go? Either CPK has completely gave up on their standards, or this Burbank location has terrible cooks Made a mistake of ordering out. Food was terrible all around. BBQ chicken pizza- the store bought CPK pizza from the frozen isle taste 10x better. Tequila lime fettuccine- the chicken was completely raw- I got sick immediately after. Avocado egg rolls-disgusting, whatever happened to These? I used to like these over the cheesecake Factiry ones.

We have passed this place several times while going to a movie. We decided to dine and the place did not disappoint. The food was delicious, staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back plus we need to try their happy hour. The food was so good we forgot to take pictures.

It's so sad here. If you didn't know it was here, you'd drive past thinking it was closed. No lighting outside and zero traffic.Inside, it's like an imitation of what a CPK used to be. It has the look, but it's just a shell, and one entire side if the restaurant is closed and just used for utensil prep.Speaking of utensils, my knife had lettuce on it when I unrolled the napkin. Gross.Speaking of gross, avoid the bathrooms. Ugh.Service was very good. Food was overall good.Just sad, though.

CPK is always a fun place to dine. I forgot how much I like it since the last time I was in. It seems to me like their menu was streamlined but there is still a variety of options and ways to customize dishes to make it fit what you're looking for. They're known for pizza and pasta, both of which there is a lot of variety in the menu. Lots of vegetarian options, but more limited for vegan options, without removing a few things. Most dishes have meat as a key feature or cheese, as expected. Not really an issue for me, but just an observation. My table had the Thai Crunch Salad and it was delicious! My friends had a couple different pasta dishes, both of which were delicious. Solid portion sizes and everything tasted great! Our service was great. Friendly and attentive. Our waiter even brought us some extra bread for the table, which was much appreciated. Lots of tables inside and an outdoor patio that is covered. The ambiance is nice, and while it can be busy, doesn't feel overly crowded and loud. The tables are spaced to have some privacy, which is nice.

Service EXTREMELY slow. Had to ask a number of times for napkins and utensils. Ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza. It was cold, so I asked for it to be reheated. Didn't want to ask for a new pizza since it took so long to get this one. There were small strips and crumbled pieces of chicken.

December is always a busy time of year to go out, especially at a restaurant like CPK; however, we had a great experience thanks to our sever, Brenda. She was kind, attentive and very helpful. We've been to many nice restaurants and rarely is the experience as good or equivalent to the one we had this evening with Brenda. The entire pizza and kitchen staff, and managers on shift the evening of December 29th did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Came for a quick lunch, waited 10 mins to be seated, they weren't even busy. Then ordered, got our food, my bahnmi bowl had no chicken or dressing, they finally brought both but like a tablespoon of dressing. I asked for more and it took 15 mins to bring it, again they are not busy, by the time it arrived my whole table were finished eating and I was upset. Shouldn't take 15 mins to get a side of dressing.

Walked in and the host was extremely rude asked me if I don’t want to wait then I should go. Just rude and disrespectful.

First and last time here when we arrived there were about 10 people waiting for a table mind you there are 6 empty tables so we sat the bar and waited and waited until we got up to get our own menus the bartender finally came over and doesn't say hi just are you ready to tell me your drink orders ? HOW RUDE!!!!! we told her that we wanted a coke and a water to start she rolled her eyes and walked away took her 10 mins to bring them again the bar has two people sitting at it and we were ready to order sat here again asked numerous people for bread and butter the bartender/waitress finally brought after we asked for the manager Worst service ever everyone here has an attitude the hostess the servers like if you don't want to work at a restaurant then DONT I'm super disappointed with this location I've been to almost every CPK and NEVER EVER seen anything like this!!!!
