Please do not order Chipotle online if this is the store that will be making your food. Maybe the experience is different in person, but it seems like this store is trying to recoup profits from their deliveries. You have no way of contacting the store directly or asking for a refund, so it is the perfect opportunity for them to skimp on portions and get rid of the food that workers would be embarrassed to serve in the restaurant. Pretty scummy to have to pay over $80 for 3 people and not even be full. We honestly thought we received the wrong order as the burritos were mislabeled and seemed to be from the kids menu. The chips were burnt and all stuck together or cracked. The workers probably had a good laugh putting together this order. I guess I should be thankful I didn't have bugs in my food like another reviewer posted. Will never order from this Chipotle again.***Edit*** I wish I could leave zero stars because they don't even deserve even one. Owner sends me to Chipotle's website so "they can help". I am then forced to talk to a bot, which then tells me since this was a door dash order, I need to contact Door Dash. Door Dash will do nothing to help and neither will Chipotle. Never ending loop of Door Dash and Chipotle blaming each other, so no one actually helps. Neat little way to avoid decent service.

Every time I order from them when it's like a door dash order they get it wrong and give me really small portions which I know about the portions because I worked at a Chipotle and it was actually one of the best jobs I ever had. It was in Indiana and they paid us 9.75 when everyone else was paying 7.25. I know that in 2024 $20 is the minimum wage for fast food so I hope but also doubt that the Chipotle is paying that much more than minimum wage.I get that restaurants and fast food jobs suck but there's got to be some kind of manager here that is soul sucking. If you come here and there's no one in line it takes them forever to even say hi to you. If there is a line it's slow as hell. When I worked at Chipotle, corporate was watching us from cameras making sure our throughput and mis-en-place was perfect. This place doesn't seem to have that.Also if you love hanging out with cops you should definitely come to this Chipotle because you will get to hang out with cops because there is never not a cop ordering from this Chipotle. Police cars are allowed to park literally anywhere but they decide to park where normal civilians are actually allowed to park.

I decided to visit this location tonight. Oh and so regret it. I should have went to the Studio City location. Woman with purple hair and facial piercings. Threaten to spit in food. Very bad attitude please stay away from this location. The manager stood there and witnessed it all. Unacceptable. If you want food and good service please stay away from this location. Woman with purple hair and piercing will be rude, slam your food and then threaten to spit in it. Stay away please save yourself.

You would expect more of this particular Chipotle due to the location but nope! The food was ok, came here for a quick dinner with my 2 boys and my husband and I was very dissatisfied. I felt rushed and when the person was serving my food, it seemed like he was working at a prison cafeteria he got too much of the sauce in my bowl, for example the corn's water and too much of the water from the shredded meat. I didn't want a soup lol. In addition the place was so dirty, the floor, the tables, everything and it was not even busy. Such a shame that today's workers do not take pride in what they do. It more or less seems like they are forced to be there....

Truly don't know why I even came back here... I have been coming to this chipotle for years and it's never been great but I feel like it's recently taken a huge nose dive.The quality of the food is absolutely awful. The meat in the pans is always oxidized and crusty, they just stir it around before they serve it to make it look "fresh". They seriously skimp on portion sizes when it comes to things like guacamole and other veggies. They also give attitude when you ask for more, I'm paying $4 for the guac at least give me a full spoonful. The worst part is that they NEVER clean the tables. Almost every table inside and out Is covered in sauces and beans from the previous guests who sat there before. Absolutely disgusting.Last thing I'll mention is that the staff always seems to value the conversations they are having behind the line over the customers waiting in line. I can't tell you how many times I've stood there waiting to be greeted while the staff has been joking around.This place needs to shut down. End of story.

I haven't been here in a while but I forgot how good this food is! I typically go to a Mexican restaurant across the street but this really was amazing. For about a third of the price. Parking is a little tight at this restaurant and it wasn't crazy busy but for 15 bucks I got a full burrito some chips and I typically drink water. I'll be back!
I don't like anything spicy so I opted for Pico de Gallo and no corn, but I think they used the same spoon as a spicier sauce because it was very spicy. Staff were very pleasant and food was delicious.

I made it a point to never patronize this location after asking them to wipe the counter before making my burrito. She brought out the grayest, soaking wet, germ infested rag I've ever seen and began wiping (aka adding more cloudy liquid) to the already crumb filled sopping wet counter. I apologized and told her I changed my mind. Yuck, ew, gag me! Hoping this review invokes change.
