The Burbank staff was so nice and willing to assist. So many selections just couldn't decide. Decided to order a the Favorite with an extra scoop. We will definitely we back soon. We love the location and we were able to eat our ice cream in the store. Just enough room to enjoy our ice cream.

I usually have pleasant experiences at Cold Stone but this time around I was disappointed in the quantity of fruits and graham crackers in my Cheesecake fantasy Granted it was pretty packed but it still doesn't justify the fact that I barely got any berries or crackers in my ice cream

We walked in and the yummy sweet smells slapped our noses!!This place is very clean, and the owners were sweethearts. My son is allergic to mixed nuts and dairy but they offered raspberry sorbet and they even included half a banana. We got cookie doughn't you want some and it was sooooo delicious

The customer service was so bad ! The worst ever, we were a group but paying separately, so they had the first person then they skip the rest of us to serve other people and made us served by the same girl which was rude, she had a situation with each one of the groupI will mention what happened with me only,She decided the size of my ice cream like small and with no cone, when i asked, she said there is no cone and the small size is the default, then i said sorry i want medium, she made another one which was vanilla and cookie dough, I found the cookie dough are in a very big chunk and the cup where i hold is all icecream and sticky so i mentioned the cup is so sticky, she answered that is just ice cream!For sure i know but why to take something sticky and does not feel clean, the reason people go for cup is to eat icecream decently, Also I went to tell her the cookie dough is in very big chunks and i placed the cup (thinking she will crash it for me) she was like there is a trash in the back, my husband told her sorry you can take care of that,Until a Gentleman from the employees interfered and he was the best in this store, he said let me know ur exact requirements, I said just vanilla and cookie dough, he said you got this, he made me the perfect icecream and he was the reason i gave the one star, I wish i could give him 10 out of 5 , so polite and customer orientedMy friends had bad experience with another girl too, both of them were inexperienced, unprofessional and having attitude,Not this branch anymore! no wonder all the ratings are not good.
The energy in this location is amazing. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Molly helped my party and she was awesome. She was very nice and made my ice cream amazing. Service was fast for the location it's in, great place for business. We ordered 2 smalls and it ended up being more then a small, but worth every calories. The inside and outside of the shop where clean which I always appreciate knowing how busy it was. They had music in the background which was cool. But overall Ice cream was amazing.

We have been here twice and had a pleasant experience both times. The ice cream was good, the wait was reasonable, and the teenagers working were polite and professional. The portions are generous compared to other places in LA; the medium size was almost too much for two adults. This is a good place for families and dates. Outside seating is dog-friendly.

I came here with my family for ice cream after our breakfast because we wanted something sweet. We arrived around 11:30am. The guy who attended us seemed very bothered about the fact that we came in & very impatient after we told him we were still decided on what we wanted & we would let him know when we were ready. He was very pushy on rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. I got myself the silk chocolate ice cream in the small size. I wanted the ice cream cone but he said they had none available. My mom wanted a fruit smoothie but he said they ran out of the mix to make it. Honestly, this guy just seemed very lazy. But when my step dad asked for a large ice cream , he told him in a very rude, criticizing way, " are you sure you want a large? It's a lot of ice cream". I'll be honest, my dad is a big guy but he loves to eat. If he didn't want a large he wouldn't have asked for it in the first place, no? And my dad and mom were very bothered about that on the way back home. He did not appreciate him telling him this & neither did I. It's not appropriate for a employee to be criticizing and telling a paying customer how much he should be getting. I would not be coming to this location again because of that rude experience with this guy.

We came out to have some ice cream tonight and with so many choices I couldn't decide what to have. The young man that helped me was Angel. He was nice, patient and excellent help. When I asked for a recommendation he recommended coffee ice cream with almonds and brownies. Omg!!! It was an excellent recommendation and my new favorite flavor thank you. I'll be a return customer for sure.
