Pathetic and horrible service. Actually that would be an understatement. Waited 2 hours for pizza just so they can give me the wrong pizza. Manager Loris is extremely rude. NEVER coming back here again.On top all of it, super unhygienic store.

Picking up a late pizza cuz everything else is closing. Ordered the Brooklyn style. This is my new favorite pizza. You get mostly pizza not a bunch of puffy crust and garlic. This is my 2nd time at this location. My favorite Dominos is in Lakewood.One thing I have noticed at this location is that it takes a little longer to get your order. I order online and use whatever the best coupon thete is available. I think it takes longer due to being busy and not enough staff. I use the pizza tracker online and last time it said my pizza was ready but it actually was not.Sadly, same thing. It said my pizza was ready and it wasn't in the box yet. Also wrong crust. But I have to take it because I am tired and I want to go home. They gave me the wrong crust. She looked right at it. You could see it isnt a large Brooklyn style it's a large regular crust. I am so sad. I am sure they work really hard here. But how come this would happen and get by 2 staff? Brooklyn style is totally different than hand tossed.Well better luck next time..stuck with a bunch of crust again

I live nearby and this is my second time carrying out a pizza from this location. The first time I stood at the counter for approximately 90 seconds, while four employees walked right past me doing their duties and ignoring my presence and told that the GM named Lorin was outside vaping while they were slammed. I overlooked it the first time but last night enraged me. I went to pick up our pizzas and was ignored again and I asked to speak to the head manager and a slight young woman in her 20s told me she was in charge and I asked why during a busy Saturday night with someone at the counter, her and her young Hispanic pizza maker coworker, were showing each other, their phones and laughing at social media images while customers stood at the counter. One of the workers named Michael observed the interaction and was kind enough to step in and find our order and get me out of there in a timely fashion after waiting. If that young lady is the manager, this place needs new leader ship. I'm not surprised there are over 100 reviews this place at two stars. we won't be back.

Worst service ever! I ordered my pizza at 9:15 and around 10 it said my food was delivered, it wasn't. By 1130 I got tired of waiting so I called and was reassured it was on its way I never received anything except an alert on my phone stating that my order was canceled. Shame on the woman who lied to me when I called.
The store states that it opens at 10:30am, and when trying to enter the store at 11:52am the door was locked despite the signs being lit and obviously showing that the store is open. The employee on the inside shook his head when we tried to open the door, refusing to let us in even though Domino's was supposed to be open! How ridiculous. I am only giving 2 stars because I have bought pizza from here before and it was alright...Domino's you should change your management to people that actually let us into the store when we want to buy pizza, this is so unfair.Update: They opened the store at 12:53pm, basically an hour after I originally made this review. The employees seem to be just as confused as we are even though they have been here the whole time..

Man working there is very RUDE. He refused to open the door even though it says the store was open. Shook his head at my friend and I and made us feel fat shamed and uncomfortable. Deserve a free pizza. LOL! ?

Don't order from this location. Nearly every single time they forget to bring the dipping sauces with my order, which btw, is an extra charge. Yes, they charge me for something and don't bring it to me, consistently. And every time me or my husband have gone to the store to get them ourselves, no one has offered an apology. The people on the phone are painful to speak to. I'm done torturing myself.
