I think the people who left 5 star reviews work there or are friends bc we have been there several times and EVERY time it sucks. Tonight was the last straw. I got a 3 piece combo. The chicken wasn't just dry it was burned around the edges from sitting on the warming plate all day. TERRIBLE! Also the world's saltiest soup. Blechhh. There are several other places to eat in this shopping center. Avoid this El Pollo Loco.

The food here is good and there's lots of space inside for seating. The place is hidden from view if you're on Hollywood Way. Glad they added some signs out there on the street!Parking: Lots of restaurants nearby so parking can be hard to find.

I wouldn’t normally take the time to write a review on a fast food place, but this place was way more than I expected. Very good service, the food was promptly served and hot, the quantity of food was perfect, and the taste was flavorful and fresh. Definitely worthwhile - and the prices are very reasonable.
The Airport location is open again. Quick yummy food at affordable price.

The person who took my order on this visit was awesome. This location (very slow moving) the employees move like zombies. The line moves very slow, the 4 times I went there, once I left and didn't order at all. This is in a busy business district, so you have to know most people are on a lunch break. The noise level for the order taker is quite disturbing as they are right in the kitchen, so you have to repeat yourself so many times. This time, I ordered a pollo bowl.... may as well have ordered rice because I received like 3 little cubes of chicken.

This place has the "honor" of having served me the worst meal I've ever been served. While the chicken was tasty, if a bit desiccated, the salad under it was made of wilting, slimy, partially decomposing lettuce. The burrito was decent.

I've been here twice since they have opened (reopened?). Both times the place was filthy. Garbage was overflowing, trash of all sorts on the floors, tables in back all dirty. Management needs to make sure the workers are out cleaning when they have time, which as I watched several chit chat in the background when no customers were ordering I presume they had time.
