Clean seating area but strange dirty water smell going on. My turkey burger did not taste like other Fatburgers' quality. More on the Costco turkey patty side. The chili cheese fries had sprinkles of shredded cheese that were not melted. Disapointed and not worth the money at this location.

This was my last time going to Fatburger. As a past employee i know what this food used to taste like. Fries were cold even though i ordered in a empty store so being too busy is no excuse. Also me and my sons meal of 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 shakes came to $50. Like every other fast food spot, Fatburger priced me out for good. Farewell Fatburger

Horrible. One girl just standing around on her phone while second girl is cleaning and cooking multiple ordered at a time. Don't understand how just pulling the fries out and not finishing to make them while the co worker is washing dishes is effective? Annoying and rude.

This Fatburger is a definite pin drop!When the employees love their job it shows! I didn't get the guys names but my hats off to both of them (register dude was a big cat, the dude in the kitchen was a smaller cat).The service was excellent ?The food was ready in no time ??The big cat brought it to my table with extra sauces, pointed me to the extras at my need. The service was damn ? and frankly just didn't expect this level of service for a Fatburger ??They made me a return customer for sure.I had the 10pc honey garlic wings with some crisped-fried-to-perfection sweet tater fries (phucken aye ? )!!!!!Yeah definitely coming back.

I didn't get his name, but the guy on the grill is a beast. It's the 2nd time the family and I have visited this location, and he has been on the grill, and the burgers are right on point. The girl at the counter was nice. She was also there both times. We will definitely be going back.

Disgusting burgers and fries and even the drinks. No customer service. Not to mentioned overpriced for poor quality food. Better to just shut down. Rather go to In N Out or The Habit any day. Will never go back.

Place is under construction and air conditioning seems to be off. It was completely empty and the few tables inside are dirty and broken. Lady at the register needs people skills as she was super uninterested upon taking our order. If you're going to drop close to 60 bucks on four burgers you need to do better. Wish we had gone to In N Out burger for half the price and friendly service. I will never be coming back.

The girl who is the manager, never smiles . She looks like she is mad all the time. The service is just ok at best. The food taste ok, but a little overseasoned. The rest rooms need attention the floor is clean and the tables are clean. Customers need to see a happy friendly face.
