The absolute worst customer service EVER! Picked up dinner for my daughter and I tonight, Spent $40. Got home and a sandwich was missing (this is the second time I've been to this location and this has happened). Drove back. No apologies at all. The guy could not figure out what my order had been. Kept searching through cash register. Told him exact amount, gave him credit card and gave him the time I was there (about an hour earlier) but he still could not find it. Another guy appears and says he forgot to put the sandwich in my original bag and points to it behind the counter. Meanwhile, some girl has already remade it. Eventually, they give me the new sandwich and a card to come back for a free sub. NO THANK YOU!!!

I'm just going for the food, everything else is not really important to me. The manager is always super friendly though (male) don't know his name. Not saying the female isn't, just the guy stands out amongst all the other employees. Recommend it over any sub or sandwich place.

They always get your order wrong, so pay attention while they're making it. Sometimes they won't make it mikes way like you ask, sometimes they forget bacon, sometimes they get the wrong bread, sometimes they just make a different sandwich than the one I ordered?? it's all happened to me. Sad because the old Burbank location was top notch, and the employees all cared.

They are racist against the black community they treat African employees like trash.They make you feel excluded like you or nothing due to the surrounding area you can’t be too black for this location I like jersey mikes just not this

I called today to place an order they didn't take the order cuz they don't have timeThey told me that they don't have enough bread to make the sandwiches.Obviously, that was a bullshit and they told me to go to another location because they can't serve me.I called them 2 hours early and spoke with the manager, unfortunately mem we can't help you, that was only thing she told me

I ordered a club sub minus ham, I drove back home to find there wasn't any bacon on the sub. I then drove back to the store because I like the bacon's crunch, on top of the bacon being soaked in vinegar/oil which is simply amazing. I went to the store and told Emily it was missing bacon because she made the sandwich. I asked her to remake the sandwich. Her response to me was, Is there anything wrong with the sandwich? I said No, she then proceeded to ask if she could give me bacon on the side. I told her I would prefer for her to make it over. She kept saying if there's nothing wrong with the sandwich why does she need to make it over. Emily said this at least 3 different times back to back while smirking as if it was a game. I gave her the same reason over and over. At this point, I didn't feel the need to go into details about my personal preference because it felt like she was being funny in front of other store patrons. I even told her I sorted through the sandwich which was messed up, looking for the missing bacon. I asked her 3 times again to remake the sandwich, her response was," If there's nothing wrong with the sandwich. I'll just put it on the side." On the 4th attempt of me asking her to remake the sandwich, I told her I wanted to verify it's made the way I wanted since it was rushed the first time. She then says I'm being rude and that she's not handling it or making my sandwich. I'm not sure if she was offended because it was her mistake or what, however I was still being ignored. Another girl employee, who had on eye shadow, unsure of her name because she wouldn't give her name. saying she said she doesn't need to give her name out. she kept chiming in saying, No you don't need to make it over, kind of egging the situation on further. I told her the situation had nothing to do with her so I'm unsure why she's trying to add fuel to the situation. The other two employees were polite, working and not interjecting.I asked for manager contact information a few times during this interaction. Emily smirked at one point and said she was the manager. Emily told me she wasn't remaking anything because she felt I was being rude just for asking over and over for my sandwich to be re-made. At this point I became annoyed then I asked for store or regional manager contact information. The girl with the eye shadow, chimed in again saying," oh why? they're not going to do anything". Then she kept telling Emily not to make the sandwich over. it was starting to feel like two JM employees are ganging up on a customer. I'm still shocked at how freely she gave her response that mgmt won't do anything to assist customers, which blows my mind. however she did say proudly she's a minor as if that's an excuse for oblivious. She's also the employee that checked me out during my first visit, who was rushing me to check out because it appeared they had a lot of online orders to do. Eventually after standing there for a couple minutes Emily gave me the contact information for herself and another manager, Ryan. She didn't remake the sandwich, instead being a manager went to Emily's head and she decided to put the bacon on the side.

I don't understand why this place is 3.1 stars! Ok the prices aren't the best but the subs make up for it. The service takes about 20 ish minutes which can suck but again the food makes up for it. Other than that it is just a good jersey mikes.

Last week I ate at this jersey mikes and the food was fresh. And customer service was amazing! Definitely returning to this jersey mikes again!

This store is perpetually disorganized and chaotic. My pick up order was incorrect and when I tried to call about it to get a refund, it too over 2 hours to get through to someone. I allegedly spoke to a manager who was quite frankly dismissive and rude. He told me to email him with my name and address and he would mail me out coupons for the food that I was not able to eat, but paid for. He said he would reply to the email. No reply. No coupons. And I'm out the money I wasted .Completely disappointed in the service and the way I was treated for politely asking for a refund of the price of my sandwich.

I don't know how it took me so long to try Jersey Mike's, but MAN does it blow Subway out of the water!Got the Giant sub which is perfect for sharing. The flavors come together so well on all of the subs and the semolina makes it.This isn't a place I would normally choose to dine in at because the tables are quite close to the line, but there are also 2-3 small tables outside which is a nice option. Parking is also great and clean

I've been to a lot of jersey mikes. In matter of fact I love jersey mikes. I just came on my lunch first time at this location nice spot. But what I am mostly disappointed and really upset is the price. I got 2 sandwich combos and paid 41$ !!! That's outrageous and just 2 regular sandwiches I'm not sure if it's cause it's in a nice spot or cause it's new. But I will never come here again !!!
