Worst experience of my life at any KFC. Rude staff, no effort, no customer service, getting angry and talking about customers in the back even though we could still hear them. The food was lazy and somebody sitting near me got raw chicken and they treated her like dirt when she asked for new food. I recommend you stay away from this KFC unless you’re using the drive thru.

Awful experience. First impression, bad attitude by the lazy cashier. Horrible customer service. Talked to me like I didn’t matter, heard her talk to other customers like they didn’t matter. Chicken was undercooked and the staff did not care. No decency whatsoever. Will never go there again.

Nobody answers the phone. The website and Google says they open at 10AM, so place your order, only to find out they keep slacker shithead hours, and actually open at 1PM. Yet, their website still allows you to place orders during incorrect hours and take your money, only for you to drive over and show up at a closed store. Great.

Sounds crazy, but, this was THE Best KFC we have ever visited. The staff was busy mainly, with the drive thru customers, but the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The gentleman who served us our order was attentive, and took care of anything we asked for & helped with packing up our leftovers. The dining area is small, but even with 9 people in there, it was not crowded. All patrons were treated kindly and respectfully. We observed customers who came in for to-go orders, food delivery workers, and dine-in folks.Parking: 4 + 1 or 2 handicap spot.s

Yeah this place is completely unprofessional and the employees should be fired and held accountable for lack of human safety. When you fulfill with a food delivery app, you need to SEAL THE FOOD. How dumb can you be to leave open containers, open bags and open drinks for a customer to consume? This place is absolutely disgusting and should be serving homeless people only with their safety etiquette, not paying customers. Will NEVER order from here again and I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Keep up

Wish I could give a negative 20 for this location the parking for them was full on the parking spots that I have an ability to get in and out of without parking illegally. Only spot available was a handicap parking spot which I do not have a placard for.Since I had no ability to actually Park safely and legally to get in to the location I went to the drive-thru in order to pick up my order and they flat out refused to do that despite the fact telling him that I had no way to actually Park to come inside.
Why do you guys never do.the specials.like all.other KFCs always want to add on another.dollar or two so.PATHETIC BURBANK SMH and terrible customer

I am surprised these guys are still in business. They are not in the best of locations with alot of traffic and busy area it is. But again, They dont have much to compete with. I stopped here not long ago to grab some chicken to eat and enjoy. Its a small place and we wanted to come inside and eat. Parking space is small with a terrible drive thru. But what can you do? Ordered a 3 piece and drinks. Food was ok. Place was getting ready to close at 8 or 9 to walk inside. I guess this side of town is considered kind of bad at night. So we went through the drive thru. They almost messed up my order not listening. Oh well, I hope to never come here again,
