Theyre website glitched and we ended up having to pay $20 for breadsticks. We then had to order pizza on another order. both were made horribly the vegetable pizza had 1-2 toppings and the breadsticks had no parmigian at all.

I order here pretty much every other day give or take and it's always the exact same order, but I guess they hired new people recently or something has changed at this location, becuz the customer service has gone down hill these last few days. Nobody is at the register and dude in the back is just staring at me without helping, he seem to be really dense. Anybody can just walk in the back without any of the workers knowing becuz they are not paying attention. None of them seem to care and I should of just walked in the back and got what I paid for instead of asking for help. I really wish I would of just did that instead. I had prepaid for what I ordered, I was just waiting for them to hand me all the items I paid for since a couple of the items were behind the register. I don't like that I had to raise my voice at them just to get their attention. Anyways, that was enough to not make me want to come back. The two workers def look like the type who would sabotage ur food becuz of their own incompetence. I was having a really good day before this and now I'm upset. I don't even want the food anymore and I wanted a refund, but they weren't able to process one for me. I just wish I never came today.

Parking: The parking is shared with a couple other places, I believe a subway and Chinese restaurant. The parking is adequate put could be a problem if all eateries are open. The good thing is that Little Cesars is not encouraging dining in with no tables\chairs. Alternative is to park in AAA Burbank District office parking lot adjacent to the this one since they’re strictly business hours.

Fast, always good pizza, and they don't cheap out on the marinara for your stuffed crust or crazy bread. You get a tub. Highly recommend.

I have no high expectation when I go to little Caesars, it's a quick grab and go but I do expect to be treated kindly. Unfortunately there is an older lady there that is rude , she is not nice to customers or her team. I feel bad for them. She needs to work in the back and not have any interactions with customers. With attitude like that, I am surprised he has a job unless that is her store.

I walked into the establishment two employees walked away from the front left me standing there no one came to acknowledge me or offer to take my order . I watched two employees working in the back making pizza dough the other was putting orders in the oven rack yet no one offered me any assistance. Is this how we treat customers what happened to customer service when I asked them twice if they were open for business no one responded just looked at me like I was an alien . The open sign was lite yet no one was home poor service I will never come back . I know gif a fact my company orders pizza from them frequently for our meetings and they too have had the same issues

My wife and I stopped in to get a pizza and try the pineapple Pepsi they keep advertising. The lady behind the counter told us we needed a code to order it, but she couldn't give us the code, or tell us where to get it. Then, she tells us we have to use the app, which we do have, but we don't know anything about how to use it. When I asked her if she can help us with the app, she just ran in the back and stayed. We got fed up and left without being able to get the pizza, or Pepsi and we went to Carl's Jr and had lunch.I like Little Caesar's, but this was not a good experience. And I think if they are going to advertise stuff, you should be able to walk in and order it without silly apps, or codes. What they are doing is stupid.

Horrible first experience. They did not double-cut ANY pizzas. One pizza missed toppings on slices.None of the pizzas were thin crust.None of the pizzas had pretzel crust.So...not too much went wellGlad we were only having a small party.Never again for this guy- embarrassing ?

Food quality came down prices went up not worth it anymore. I couldn’t even take a slice fully without falling apart. I usually get pizza from here but it seems like that was my last time with this place.
