A tease and a waste of time! Came here and got the veggie pho expecting to get that delicious aromatic and healing lemongrass broth that Pho is traditionally known for. But after waiting for all the time to get my bowl of soup, what arrived on my table was a basic, plain nothing special broth with noodles, veggies and tofu. The portions seemed good, and the veggies fresh. But why advertise yourself as selling Pho, when you’re not selling pho. What a bait and switch! ? and when I enquired what was up with the flavor, they said oh yea, we got rid of the lemongrass and all that we just to this basic broth now. That led me to leave. Thanks for wasting my time and tempting my stomach. I will not be coming back. I wonder how many people walk in here expecting to get pho, then just get a plain $20 bowl of soup. ??♂️?. If you want real Pho, go to Pho Hot down the road on the other side of San Fernando. I should have went there to begin with instead of wasting my time at this basic, good for nothing, wanna be pho. That’s what I get for trying someplace new. Please relabel your soups for what they are, soup, not pho.

My wife and I came here to grab lunch. We haven't been here since 2019 when we first started dating and I wanted to try it again. There parking everywhere in Burbank like the street, parking lot or structure. When we walked in, we were seated right away and given a menu. I already knew what I wanted and it was the same for my wife but it took a while to get the waiter to come back to take our order. I got the Filet Mignon pho and upgraded to a large. My wife for their chicken pho, chicken spring rolls and Vietnamese iced coffee. It took a while for our pho to come out, the spring rolls came out first and we thought it was alright. Usually at other pho places, it come out quick but it took like 10 minutes to come out. They also brought someone else's order to our table and I told them we didn't order it. When my Filet Mignon pho came, the noodles were all stuck together like a ball and the meat was already cooked. It seem like upgrading to a large bowl just means more water because I compared it to my wife chicken pho place and it was about the same a lot of noodles. My wife thought her chicken pho was alright but the chicken was already overcooked. She also thought the Vietnamese iced coffee was too strong so we asked for more condensed milk which helped a little. First of all, I would give them 10 stars if I could. I normally have ordered from Mama Hong's before via DoorDash and it was pretty good. But today, I was in the area and decided to stop by to finally taste their food fresh. It was everything I knew it was and more. I ordered the same items off their menu as I have before but this time it was a thousand times better because it didn't take a long time to receive it. I ordered the filet mignon pho with extra onions and extra extra limes. Oh my goodness I loved loved loved it!!! I also ordered the grilled rib eye spring rolls with peanut sauce and it was just super delicious. I loved everything I ate and I did not have any leftovers. It was just too good!!! But above all, what I really really loved was how friendly the staff was during my visit. My server Nick was just super friendly and attentive. Him and the rest of the staff came by the tables quite often asking how everything was and if I, or others at other tables, needed anything. Just an all around pleasant 1st experience dining in. I live far away from Mama Hong's but now that I know how good the food is especially served there (dining in instead of delivery), I will be back as often as I possibly can. It's been hours since I had lunch there but I am still thinking about how was so darn good. 10 stars!!!! :-)

This was my first time in this restaurant. We were really hungry and the food came really fast. We ordered the Appetizer Trio, Mama's Combo Pho, Grill Combination Vermicelli Bowl, Combination Fried Rice and Spicy Garlic Tofu Noodles! Everything was delicious! Prices are reasonable.

Nope, not very good. The shrimp tasted bad like poop. The chicken was ok, they give you rice but no flavor. Lots of lettuce. The broth is broth. It's really not very good but we tried it and will not go back. The service was fine.

The vegan pho was good as far as vegan pho goes, but my bf and I were in LOVE with the vegan spicy garlic fried noodle! Noodles were cooked well, some spice but not overwhelming (some spice fiends might want more), super garlicky which I'm a sucker for, and overall super flavorful. We definitely want to come back!
