To live in burbank and not have a martino tea cake means you never really lived in burbank

Incredible bakery with varied flavors. Great staff to help with orders. A great ZButbank business! Cams are best in town!!

I've always driven by this place. You can smell the baking scent. I finally tried it. When I enter any new places, I always say "it's my first time here...". The cupcakes were delicious. The pie was amazing. Not too sweet. The service could have been more informative, personable and fun. Don't get me wrong, they were not unfriendly. I would definitely return and give them another chance. God bless.

Just wanted to leave my review had a horrible experience I live 55 miles away from this bakery, called the day before two make an order for their custard pie. Spoke with the lady on the phone. She told me no need for me to make an order and an advance just come in. They have them in stock. I said OK I’ll be in tomorrow. Drove down 55 miles in my truck which gas is over five dollars a gallon cost me $50 worth of gas and two hours of my time going And they Had no custard pie in stock horrible service, misleading information

Such a disappointment. The tea cakes now have nothing to do with the classic, original, famous tea cakes that we used to love. They were delicious, chewy, and addictive, but not anymore. They, for sure are saving ingredients. Not going back again!

Service was slow...I only saw 2 employees, 1 person taping up a cake box, the other was helping customers. I waited in line for 10 mins, with other customers in line to order food. I thought I would be in & out since I was there to pick up a prepaid order, but it took closer to 15 mins. When I was leaving, I saw 2 more employees finally come out to help long line of customers.

Tea cakes are great. A little on the sugary side but with coffee or tea it's a winner.

Martino's has been a staple in the valley for decades. They made many of my birthday cakes as well as my children's birthday cakes. We've since left California, but I have to say that Martino's is one of the places I miss.

I called on a Tuesday to ask about shipping and was told they don’t ship to Las Vegas,NV. I kept searching for another bakery that shipped and was directed right back to Martinos. I spoke to the same guy who this time, told me they ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays (this was on a Wednesday the next day). I placed order with a female after several attempts with the gentleman that originally answered the phone. She took my credit card and sent me a receipt for $85. I called to track the order and they have no recollection of taking my order. This was a special birthday order for a terminally ill family member and we just wanted to see them happy. Thank you to your staff for wasting our time but, it was worth the try.

Their original tea cakes are a classic indulgent treat! They're delicious on their own but also pair well with coffee or tea. These are a must try! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I was gifting a couple boxes of tea cakes and they were able to wrap them up with a bow. Gifting these are always a hit! They have their own parking area making it easy to go in and out. There is also indoor seating available.

I'll start by saying their original tea cakes are phenomenal although I had an experience here that I didn't appreciate. They had just run out of the original tea cakes at the front counter. I asked the young man behind the counter if they had any more. He let me know that they did have more in the back but they were only sold by the dozen. That was completely fine with me. I ended up ordering a few of the coffee cake tea cakes as ordering a dozen tea cakes for myself is a dangerous game. Then I overheard the woman behind the counter tell him twice in Spanish to pull a few of the original tea cakes from the dozen section and give them to me. I'm not sure if the young man assumed I didn't speak Spanish but he didn't listen to her and then smirked at me when she repeated her request. We then proceeded to checkout and I see tea cakes in the dozen section and it's visible that they've already been pulled from. I drove an hour to get here. I understand rules are rules but I genuinely appreciate the small businesses that are willing to go out of their way for their customers.

I travel all the way from Riverside. I grew up eating Marinos bakery and it brings back great memories.
