Corporate needs to get involved. Waiting 40 minutes for food. The manager does not speak English and she tells her employees to handle it. All the food was cold and wrong when I said no onions and allergies to tomatoes. I asked for a corporate number, they said they did not know it. Curbside is filled with cars always and were rude to another customer who had waited 25 minutes? Whats the point of drive thru?

I did a mobile order pickup, waited 20 minutes and nothing happened. I walked over to the drive thru and had to ask them to bring it and they said they would. Waited another 20 minutes.It's crazy for a mobile order to take over 40 minutes, especially when there weren't that many cars there.

I go into the drive thru right now and the idiot asks if I will be using my mobile app and then never answers me again because they closed. I pull up to the window and they are clearly hiding! You guys are sorry and pathetic.

I stopped by this McDonald's tonight to get a large coke before heading to the restrauant to eat dinner. I figure getting a large soda here would be cheaper than getting a soda at the restrauant which it was. I saved like half the cost so it was worth it since it was on the way. When I pulled into the drive thru, there was no cars at all so I was able to basically pull up and put in my order. The drive thru menu screen was kind of broken but it didn't matter to me since I only got a drink. I paid at the first window and then got my drink at the second window. They accommodate my request for light ice and also filled up my soda all the way. My interactions with the employee was simple and they were polite. The drive thru here only have 1 lane so be aware of this and the plaza they are in is basically one way.Parking: They have some parking spots here but not a lot so be aware. It might also be hard to pull out during their busy time.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly like all Mcdonald.

Uhg, what a place. I've been visiting begrudgingly for over three years, since it is closest to my work place. I've got a couple of complaints that make this my least favorite location ever.Firstly, this is by far the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to into my entire life. I generally order a single coffee and maybe additional breakfast item, and I have hid this take upward of 10 minutes on a very slow day. Once? No problem. Twice? Annoying. Every single time? Problem. It also seems that, and I do not mean this in a mean or disparaging way, the employees are poorly trained. The last straw was an employee handing me a broken coffee cup into my car window; they knew it was broken, they jammed the lid on breaking the cup and spilling it more, and closed the window without offering me napkins or anything to clean up the mess they had created. I had to go into the store, wasting morning time I did not have to spare, to right the wrong that common sense would have fixed for most of us. I've been overcharged and told to call corporate, I've wasted innumerable minutes, I've had the wrong order, and ive had poor service. It's a no for me.

Terrible service from this location and the one by the Burbank airport. Last week, my fries were missing. The guy at the drive thru didn't speak English well, and it took several minutes to get a receipt to me. The airport location once gave me the wrong sandwich. Time for another franchise.
