Ordered online and got charged. I received an order confirmation and drove 20 minutes plus the 10 minutes I spent hunting for a parking spot just to get to a completely closed store. Not sure why they say they are open or still accepting orders.

Waiter was off, and seemed like he might be high. A guest got mad at us and wanted out booth. I replied to her "oh you want me to get up?" She left and sat at a table. We ordered, and got our drinks after our meal arrived with no silverware. We sat in an empty restaurant, and then the waiter packed it during covid. We wanted more space, but I know that seems like on us, there were just many guests coughing. I hate to say it, and we were out and about, and needed to eat. We never got silverware. I had to take it off another table. My glass was dirty. I received my meal, and it was cold in two minutes. Had to stop eating. Btw this was my birthday lunch. Bathroom was disgusting. I felt like a nuisance. I was polite and patient, and grabbed what I needed. We were ignored the entire meal. Owner charged $3.00 for a bottle of water that should cost $1.50. Even the linens were nasty. It was a windy day, as a thirsty person, and I know others were too, would have appreciated getting water and drinks in a clean cup sooner. My fiancé left depressed. Owner only paid attention to a table of middle eastern ppl. The rest of us ignored....I won't be back.

I am giving them 5 stars because I don't like the idea of a business losing customers because people just looking at a star rating and either going or passing and especially with the CLOVID impact small businesses need all the help they can get...now having said that this was DEFINITELY NOT a 5 star experience. First off me and a friend went there on a Tuesday at 12:30 and we were the only 2 people there. It took the server/host 15 mins to come up to us to ask our order. We ordered 2 gyro PLATES mentioned the rice and salad to the server to see if we could substitute for something else and you would have though we asked him a quantum physics math calculation...we said "forget it just bring the plates as is". 10 mins later we got 2 gyro wraps...is it then end of the world that we didn't get the PLATES we ordered? No l, we ate the wraps without the pita and I left the frys (which were actually pretty tasty.....keto diet blah blah blah) they gyro was really tasty and so the food is why I am writing a 5 star review. We did not get checked on a single time to ask "? How Is your food? Do you want /need anything else? More water...nothing (remember we were the only 2 people there. Basic serving 101... you could tell this server was new...like day 1 new so I'm not going to bash him. We finished our meals and waited and waited then I just finally went to the server in the back and asked for the check...of course we were still charged for the plates we didn't receive, which was changed . Lastly the menu says gyro sandwich $10 (even the board outside says $10) yet we were charged $13+ tax. I didn't make a fuss over $6 but you guys are lucky I wasn't in the mood or had the time to dispute this. Your food is good. Your service needs MUCH better improvment

This is a cute little place with friendly service and delicious food. We got the felafel plate and the beef kabob plate. They also brought us fresh pita bread (not pictured) that was really good! We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place while we were in Burbank for a visit, and I'm glad we did! The man who served us and took our order was extremely nice and very personable, and the food was great! My boyfriend ordered the beef shawarma and I order chicken shawarma. Both were great and came in big portions. The chicken was extremely tender. We shared the falafel and pita bread as well. The falafel was a little dry, but the taste was great! The pita bread wasn't pita bread. The server said it was an arab bread that was cooked different, but I had no complaints. It had a bit of garlic and what i assume to be paprika on it, much better than a plain pita bread in my opinion. My only complaint would be the furniture was a little worn and old looking on the inside, but my boyfriend loved the very homey ambiance. I would definitely come here again!

Worst food. we literally left the whole plate as it is.The least you can expect from a Mediterranean food place was Falafel and saffron rice and they managed to mess that up so bad , had to spit it out.Stale rice and uncooked falafel, the only thing better was maybe the lettuce.Over charging :- Read in couple of yelp reviews and also had same experience, ordered 1 plate pita bread but charged for 2 , the owner gave money for it back. Literally the worst middle eastern food ever and I have had in different continents.

I love the guy with the mustache manning the shop. He was the happiest server. If you want to avoid long lines go here. The place is also child friendly. The portions are big.The shawarma plate is just alright. I can recommend the gryo. It was the best!

I thought hey let's go here for dinner, how bad could it be... well The guy that took our order has no experience, nice guy, but he has no idea what's going on, it's not his fault it's the owners fault for not adequately preparing him, throwing him into the lions den blind. Pita chips gross but honestly the only thing I could eat Ordered A Greek salad but it was legit coleslaw with ranch How can you call that Greek salad I ordered the Greek salad, my bf ordered shrimp ... disgusting shrimp inedible He also ordered a side of falafel separately and for some reason they put it on my salad Dear owner, wake up and fix your menu Educate your staff Your recipes are garbage The food you serve is nasty Fix your restaurant This was repulsive Mediterranean food is not rocket science Wouldn't recommend and won't return Waste of money and calories

This is the nastiest place I ever went, the owner was sitting there so mad, talking with his wife about something and using bad words in Persian (I know some of them bad words) they thought there's no Persian customer so no one will understand. I couldn't enjoy my food if you can call that food... bye bye, I will never come back!

I ordered online, and it’s confirmed, but after couple of minutes, my order was canceled.

The family and I decided to visit the Burbank town center for a weekend day out. Stumbled across Mr. Kabob Greek & Mediterranean restaurant. Chose the outdoor seating, which featured a nicely decorated, tucked away, patio reminiscent of Greece itself, with the pillars and all. Traditional music played overhead as our order was taken by Mr. Kabob himself. He was very pleasant and welcomed us to help ourselves to his refrigerator for beverages (to be charged afterward). Food was received fresh off the grill. Perfect temperature and taste was on point. Would definitely return!

The service was good. The food was cold though. They are under staffed do to pandemic. The rice was very dry. Kabobs did not taste fresh.

I love the beef kabob. It's so tender and practically falls apart when you pick it up. The rice is fantastic too. The portions are generous, but I usually eat all of it since it's so delicious. The owners are also very nice. The first time we went there they gave us hummus and pita on the house. Great place.
