He noticed there waa an error in the shipping address, reached out to me directly, did some digging on his own to figure out how to fix it, then made sure my products were shipped out as fast as possible. This is for my online order (I haven't been to this location yet, only to the Village Valley pre covid).
I love shopping with them!!! They have the best brands, and amazing sales. My order arrived faster than expected and it was well packaged. If you are a MUA or SAG, you can apply for a pro card free of charge (just follow the steps on their website). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

When I say this is every make artist , guru , lover's place I mean it ! I hadn't been to this location because the Sherman oaks location is much closer to me but Unfortunately closed due to COVID.

I was so lucky to have such wonderful help from Bianca. She was so sweet and patient with my sister and I. To say she went above and beyond was an understatement. I will definitely be returning to this location for all future makeup and beauty purchases.
