We were in town to see a show a the Greek theater and stayed here. I requested an early check in and was told it was ok but it was not even ready by 430 after the guaranteed check in time. I asked for an ADA bathroom and though it had a chair in the TUB there was no way to get into the tub with a chair and the reason we needed the roll-in shower was my wife had foot surgery and didn’t want to climb over a tub onto a slippery surface. What a fantastic stay! I needed a tall-order....room to fit my husband, me and two of our adult children. I also wanted parking and breakfast and a central location to tourist sites. This place had it all! Our room had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. There was so much room! We never felt cramped. We were visiting our other adult child and at the end of our busy days, he and his girlfriend came over and we enjoyed evenings at the pool and fire pit. We chose this hotel because of its location to Universal Studios. The room was nice, breakfast was good and the outdoor area(fire pit and pool) was great. The good time we had around the fire pit saved the stay. Within 6 hours of parking the rental car in the hotel lot all four tires and rims were stolen.
