My favorite aunt died. After we buried her at Forest Lawn we scheduled a dinner for the repast at Olivia Restaurant in burbank. The food was exceptional and the service was even better! So many places fail to provide great service let alone great service and great food. Im talking perfect! I am truly thankful for Harut because it made the ending of a sad day very special, comforting and fulfilling. I would absolutely have my birthday here, or another event. It was so nice and there is plenty of parking everywhere.

Olivia Restaurant is right next to De Luxe banquet Hall. Literally, next door. I think they share the same parking. It's also a smaller place, that sits 150. It's great for smaller parties. I went in when they were having a party, and when THIS party was taking a break, you can literally hear the music from the other party from De Luxe.

I was so excited when my boss appointed me to organize our Christmas party. It was quite a challenge since searching for a place that looks decent and offers great food at the same time was a bit difficult. Most of the venues I've looked at do offer both, but they cost an arm and a leg. We had to stay in a budget since it's Christmas season. Then we thought of Olivia's again. This was actually our third time using this venue. Each time had been an amazing experience! We were served scrumptious food, given an exquisite room, and provided excellent service! All we had to do was show up with our dj and party like there's no tomorrow!! There's a huge chance we may use them again next year. In behalf of my colleagues, much appreciation is given to Harout and Albert for a remarkable experience!

Hands down best experience and event venue in town! I just had my graduation there and was amazed at how great their service was! From planning the event to the actual event, Haroot was nothing but helpful. They work with you in anyway possible. They make everything so simple and are so kind and pleasant to work with. You don't get that from many banquet halls. Haroot is by far the greatest person I have worked with! In addition, the food was amazing and the venue itself was perfect! I had nothing but compliments from my guests for the place, the food, the customer service from the waiters. Definitely number 1 place for parties! Haroot thanks for all your help with everything! Exceptional reception space in downtown Burbank. We came for a Sweet 16th extravaganza for our darling niece. What an amazing experience; The food, the décor, and the friendly wait staff. Easy parking options; valet in the larger adjacent lot, ample street parking or easy public parking garage nearby. Nicely appointed finishes throughout (tiled floors, mirrored wall details, sophisticated sconces). The perfect venue for a more intimate event (100-200).

We had a 70s Disco Dinner Dance at Olivia Restaurant that was a huge hit with our partygoers! Everyone remarked on the charming, intimate venue and the great food. It was a super fun night and Haroot made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend holding an event here!
