It has been a while to buy food to take out from this location Panda Express #3205. The service was great, and the food portion was plenty. The customer service has improved tremendously, the only observation is the wait time to place an order it took 15 minutes plus. On Friday 11/10 at 6:01 pm it was packed with customers plus the ones waiting for their orders to be packed. Shaneye D., the team and 2 cooks were not enough for the traffic jam of orders on site and online. Even finding parking was a challenge, maybe I need to come back not during peak time. Thank you Shaneye D., and team for delivering each orders with a smile!

cynthia is a super star employee! this is my first time in burbank at this panda express. you can call me a panda express connoisseur. you can even further call me the number 1 panda express defender in north america! when i walked in i was sad to see 2 cream cheese rangoon's left. i feel to my knees in that food court and cynthia's glorious panda express hands lifted me up and gave them to me for FREE! 10/10 would visit again. cynthia is the goodness of panda express. give her a raise this very minute!

Forgot my item and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare it when they said it would take 10. Over this place

Pretty cool mall Panda in the lower level food court of the Burbank Town Center. The service is miles better than the eats, portions or options, but when it's fast comfort Chinese food you already know the vibe and mood. This location doesn't offer any veggie protein entrees like their Eggplant Tofu and the former limited Beyond Orange Chicken (which was fire).Chow Mein is okay, but 50/50 with brown or white rice is a solid choice. Steamed veggies and spring rolls were out, but I was happy to wait for the rolls a few minutes, unfortunately they got a rush and gave out the first several rolls to three customers who were actually behind me since my tray had been idle for a while. The Panda Express crew apologize more than once and even threw in an extra spring roll.Food was warm and the rolls were amazing. The Chow Mein wasn't as "meiny" for lack of a better term as other locations which is a bummer, but if you enjoy those more classic Express menu items, you can't go wrong... They also have reliable fountain drinks as well as bottled beverages to quench your P.E. experience.

Honestly folks come here to eat janky mall food and expect Michelin level service. For the price it's more food than one human being should wisely be consuming anyway so make smart decisions. Standard Panda fare, quick service, food was fresh- maybe even fresher than some of the other locations I've been to in the area. They don't keep the serving platters heaping full so the food doesn't get old and stale, and they keep refilling with fresh portions. Anyway I thought the food was great, got the usual steak dish, orange chicken, salt and pepper chicken, walnut shrimp. Half fried rice half chow mein. Good stuff and I left disgustingly full. So I got what I came for :)

I hope this is the correct location as I'm writing this review. Before ordering my meal a kind and considerate employee, Shay made sure that the restrooms were clean to utilize before heading in. I was impressed by her selflessness and professionalism. Thank you Shay for being so kind. I'll definitely be back for the yummy food and service again.

Portions are horribly small... and prices went up. 2-item combo, $11.50,I understand they're trying to ration all items, but this old Asian man went overboard. When I got the plate, it looked like a descent amount of noodles... when I sat and scooped it up, I'm couldn't believe it. See pictures for a before & after. Save your money.... Go across the food court and get some Mongolian beef. $3 bucks more and you can LOAD your plate with as much food as you can pack in your bowl.

Fresh but I don't understand why some Panda express put so much cabbage in the Chow Mein. This one was like 60 percent cabbage. They should call it cabbage with noodles.

Drive thru they short change your food always here nasty location. Avoid drive thru here and go inside they will give you 7 pieces of orange chicken.

It shouldn't take 3 minutes to be acknowledged, greeted, or helped when there's no line. Also, I understand if you're helping the drive-through clients, but you should do better to acknowledge the person in front of you. I understand I'm not your priority, but don't ignore me.If there were better communication between the team to acknowledge there's a client waiting for help, this would've been a different story. I hope your team finds a way to fix prioritizing the clients instore as opposed to ignoring them by default. Good Luck.
