Hey, just wanted to say the staff here is doing a great job in a tough situation. The T Mobile promo ap wasn't working right today, but your guy at the door was calm, and helpful, and positive in what could have been a stressful situation. The food was great too.
I experienced a pick up order in which the food was incorrect and some pieces undercooked. I called and filed a complaint with Popeyes twice and never received an answer. They even confirmed that they had gotten my complaints. Can't trust them to give good follow through services on poorly prepared food

Props to this young man for displaying great customer service and dedication to his job even when it's hard.
