Be sure you check your order before leaving. Not the first time but they LEAVE some of your orders. The staff is probably thinking you will just let it go. We had to drive back for the 2 Chicken sandwiches they DID NOT include in the bag.

Had a really bad experience at this Popeyes location. Waited over 30 minutes for the new wings, requested sauce on the side, but received the order with the sauce already on. And the lady just simply said" oops ".We ordered 4 flavors, but got two duplicates despite they spent 5 mins to check before giving it to us.We also witnessed a fight between a customer and an employee. A gentleman ordered online, and the employee asked him to wait for 15 minutes. 15mins later, they told him that they canceled the order. The employee was very rude to the gentleman, and everyone was yelling.The night here was a total mess.

When I'm in dire need of a chicken fix, Popeyes is my jam. But their communication game is so weak that by the time they tell me they're cooking up something special for me, five other folks have already had a feast! As Dave Chappelle would say, "I asked for chicken, not a magic trick!"

The parking was very easy to find and there was plenty of spots to park in when I came. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches with two sides of fries and two drinks online when I arrived. I only waited like 7-10 minutes or so which isn't that bad since they had a few customers. The chicken sandwiches don't look as good as in the pictures you see on their app however it doesn't disappoint. The chicken sandwiches were big and juicy and had a slight crunch to it. The bread was soft and buttery. I also asked for all the sauces on the side such as honey, butter, hot sauce and ketchup. I recommend eating the sandwich with honey, it makes it soooo much better. Also the fries were seasoned pretty well and had a great crisp to it!

If I could give a zero stars I would! I have come to this Location because it is close to my job, but no more. They are the worst. Poor customer service, "DARLING" who works on the register was Rude and condescending right from the beginning!!!!!! need to learn better customer communications. Not my fault you earned your career at Popeyes girl!!!! DARLING if you hate your job so much, quit! I'm sure there's someone who needs the job and would be a better fit for human interaction.Employees here are just quite incompetent when it comes to running a business and keeping the customer happy.I'm done being understanding to any of these establishments when I'm treated so poorly.

The service is terrible and they'll sell you things they don't even have like you'll order chicken and then when it's time to give it to you they'll say oh well we don't have this we can give you this. Why not just tell you that when you order it so that you're not ordering something you're not going to get or Get something you didn't want
