I went in today and was met with amazing customer service. super friendly workers. when I was paying, the register didn't work and they gave me my drink and cookie for free. I will come back if I'm ever in LA again

I've been ordering from this Starbucks for years and been loving it, but just lately all of their drinks been tasting like plain water... I thought it was an accident at first maybe the staff messed up the drink but happened another 4 times consistently... Their iced tea and drinks are tasting more and more like plain ice with only one drop of syrups for the color. Don't know what's going on I actually liked the place. Don't wanna keep paying the price for a cup of colored water though lol. No hate just really hoping some improvements

Look, I love this location. But--they have not given me a proper London Fog, now, three times. I'm not gonna go back and whine about because I get it. However, you guys need to step up your game. I know COVID-19 is insane right now and everyone isn't mentally up for working with the public. But please get your orders in order. I don't want to go to another Starbucks. I actually like you guys but not if you're not gonna give a s*** about my drink. Thanks.

The courtesy is bad. Showed them what I wanted, picture and name. Still they got it wrong twice. I even showed them the picture and all from the app. Waste of money and time.

I love coming to this location because then I can do my shopping for the market go to Postal Annex in the dry cleaners, get coffee and get out all in one shot! Plenty of places to sit inside and out, friendly barista's, a gathering place for the movie industry. And they always get my order right!
