My new local Starbucks, and it’s hit or miss. The workers are nice and granted it’s usually pretty busy, but they seem to mess up the order or forget completely pretty often. I don’t want to be that guy always asking for my order, but when I exercise patience, they simply forget sometimes and I’m left waiting for half an hour… like yesterday, when they thought another Mike was me so didn’t make my coffee. Waited for 30 minutes for a reg drip coffee and was late to my appointment. C’mon, very frustrating guys. Oh and they never seem to know about any of the promos I receive so it’s a hassle getting them applied.

Spent yesterday 25 minutes in the drive through line and right on me the Starbucks got closed, there is no problem guys with closing your store but you must come outside and notify drivers about it, we had over 5 cars behind

We were there at one o'clock in the afternoon. And there were just a huge number of students there. These students, apparently, are already in their classes, ordered coffee and cocktails. I ordered coffee quietly, there were few people. But a minute later, just a huge crowd of students came. I had to wait quite a long time for my coffee to be ready. It's dangerous to be there at one o'clock in the afternoon.

I’ve never been one to write reviews, but this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were ~20 guys blocking the front of the entrance and ~30 teenage girls surrounding the mobile order pickup. As I’m standing there waiting for my mobile order, one of them nudged me out of the way with their shoulder. I probably stood there for ~20 minutes. More and more people kept piling in, and I ended up walking out and going through the drive thru because I felt so overwhelmed. I couldn’t even reverse out of my parking spot for ~10 minutes because the drive thru line was blocking me in. I waited in the drive thru for ~25 minutes. I asked for no cheese on my breakfast sandwich; they put cheese on it. I took a sip of my refresher; it’s the most watered down refresher I’ve ever had. I will never be coming to this location again. The service and atmosphere was horrible. Save your time and your sanity and avoid this location at all costs.

I’d give it 5 stars if I had consistent results but there have been times when my drinks would be watered down or not to my liking, also I have to remember that it is considered fast food so packaged heated up food isn’t the cup of tea I’m looking for in the morning. But the service is great and the atmosphere is great. Everybody works very hard in there and they have great attitudes.

The team at this location are always so *genuinely* kind and friendly. This is a true gift to have and to start your morning like this and share that energy to your customers so early in the day is a superpower. I want to give a special shout out to Julie. She’s just a wholesome being and I love how she remembers my (easy to forget) name every time. Simple acts of service that are magical.

Placed an order a day prior for pick up at 8am today 11/5/2023. Ordered 200 cups of coffee it those big boxes they sell. I arrived to pick up at 8 am as requested. I was ignored the first 5 min. Not ever greeted once. Then when I approached the cashier about my order was rudely told it would be out soon and I just needed to wait because they have many orders. I get it but mine was placed a day before to be picked up at a certain time for a reason. 40 minutes later and I receive my order. Only nice person at this location was the gentleman that helped carry the container to the car for me. To top it off container was leaking some coffee had to be spilled out., my money on the floor there. This coffee isn't cheap I was upset some had to be spilled out of the container at least what seemed like 2-3 cups. What had me more upset was the rude service I received from most employees working here. I will never give my business to this Starbucks again.

Worst Starbucks experience ever the cashier was rude and hit my order incorrect, I asked for price on a cup and was told they couldn't tell me maybe because they just didn't want me to buy the cup. Weird.
