Horrible customer service. The rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Telling everyone who will listen that these people are bigots, racists and misogynists.

They’ve been absolutely invaluable during quarantine. Always friendly, wearing a mask and the delivery is super fast. Don’t know what we’d do without them!

Since giving this restaurant and Maddy (manager) a 1 Star review on 01/03/21, this business has created a service area map on their Yelp page to reflect they only service the "Burbank Area." However, their website still shows my address is within their service range.

These dudes suck. I asked if they have Everclear and they looked at me like I was crazy. "Don't know what that is", head shaking around all hostile.  I get you don't have it, but you're a liquor store, you know what it is.

I used to love ordering from this place and enjoyed their baked goods, but sadly got disappointed when I found MOLD on my slice of chocolate mouse cake.

I ordered a chocolate mouse cake and had it delivered to my home, and like always the service took less than 30 minutes, so I was very excited to have my treat. When I had opened the box my cake came in, I was shocked to see MOLD on my slice of cake! The cake was upright and there was a very visible piece of MOLD and webbing on top that is nearly impossible to miss!

I immediately called the place and made a complaint and the person on the phone was very monotone, it didn't even seem like a big deal to her. She said that she will send the delivery guy back and pick up the cake, but didn't offer any type of refund or apology. Shortly after the phone call, the delivery guy came and asked to see the cake. I showed him the MOLD and all he gave me was a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" and gave me my money back.

It didn't seem like a very big deal to these workers that there was MOLD and webbing on the cake and acted as if it was only a slight inconvenience. I'm wondering how long this cake was left out and under what conditions, and how was it even possible to miss it. Considering that we are in COVID times, I am wondering how well they practice safety precautions.

These guys also go by the name 'American hot dog' in PostMates. Please be aware that the quality of the food is awful. I've ordered 2x $12 hot-dogs and both came with an old stale bun and no condiments at all. For $12 hot dog it's ridiculous. Even 7-11 ones are better.

Hassled over 20 cents. Made me feel like a thief in a way.Come here frequently and had no issues. Every time I pay I almost always ask if "i'm good" before leaving, but when I returned tonight an employee out of nowhere told me "I was short 20 cents on my last visit."I don't appreciate being made to feel as if I "purposefully" ripped you off 20 cents by telling me twice that I was short. Also, next time count the change properly as I usually always ask "if I'm good" when paying such a small amount in change.Over 20 cents from a customer who has literally spent hundreds with you, is a bit ridiculous.Never coming back.

I ordered an Alaskan salmon Cesar Salad and when I got my order, I got a salmon salad with balsamic vinaigrette. When I called and spoke to the owner, he told me "Well our salmon Cesar salad comes with balsamic vinaigrette" this is the most idiotic answer I've hear from a restaurant owner! Even under Atlantic Salmon Cesar salad it says "CESAR SALAD with Salmon" For him to tell me their Cesar salad comes with balsamic means this guy does not know what a Cesar salad is. Either Google cesar salad so you know how to make a real cesar salad or change your description to cesar salad made with balsamic vinaigrette (which would never be ordered) this dud was rude, NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This place makes, hands down, the best BLT out there! Last fall I turned on my whole office to their BLTs, and every week we had BLT Day in the office. We collectively dreamed about these BLTs until it was BLT day. I cannot recommend the BLTs at this place enough! Always great service, kind people, and good food. Great neighborhood place!!!

Driver was very nice. He also wore gloves and a mask. One of the best Cobb salads in the neighborhood. There were two items missing from my order. Requested the amount to be added to driver's tip (refund couldn't be processed right away). Grapes were brownish. I was charged delivery fee for a $176 order. So I requested a refund by email. 3 days later I called the store. The person that answered said 'It's not automatic. You have to apply coupon code.'

Great service. They delivered quickly and had many items we would have normally purchased from a larger chain. Very courteous too. Definitely going to shop with them again.

I love Store2Door - thank goodness for the service they provide. They have really come through for me when I couldn't get out to buy some necessities. Also they are so nice, friendly and just plain great! Try the egg sausage sandwich - yummy!

Update: The owner of the establishment posted an innacurate response to my negative review on Google maps saying that their new hours are "clearly posted on their homepage". This is not true if you order using a mobile phone browser and see only the mobile page and I did not see it anywhere during the process of making it completing the order nor is it on the receipt. The owner did admit that the new hours were not stated on the recording when you call the business and it also displays different hours on the business page on Yelp (see attached screenshot). Why did they accept the order and process the charge to my credit card if they were closed? The owner asked in their post, "What credit an I referring to?". Well, any business that cares about customer service would at least offer a free sandwich or some kind of credit for the inconvenience of not delivering on $45 worth of sandwiches for a late night dinner after a long day of hard work.

Well, any business that cares about customer service would at least offer a free sandwich or some kind of credit for the inconvenience of not delivering on $45 worth of sandwiches for a late night dinner after a long day of hard work. Original review: Placed an order through their website last night a little before 1:15am as I have done many times. I received a confirmation email that my order was received. Waited and waited no delivery. Tried calling them several times, no answer, listened to their recording on the phone play over and over how they are open until 2am. Wrote an email saying my order had not been delivered, money was withdrawn from my card and I was concerned something happened to their driver. Finally got an email response 12 hours later that my order was cancelled and refunded. Then, another email saying "Our new hours are M-Th 8a-12am and Fri-Sun 8am-2am". No apology, no credit. I won't order from them again. I do not recommend doing any business with these people.

The delivery people are always friendly and timely. They have a good selection and one of the few places you can order cigarettes from. Their Turkey sandwiches are the best and I sometimes catch myself spending over $30 for the free one. It's so good it's like they sprinkle crack in the mayonnaise.
