Been to this SW for a couple of years now. Everyone has been doing great with customer service so far. Went in yesterday and today to order and the lady that was there I believe her name is (trabrille) she has such a horrible attitude, she seems like she's bothered that you came to order. Does not smile or greet you I felt very uncomfortable ordering but did cause I was already there. There was a gentleman who cane after me he seemed happy and tried cracking a joke but this chick just ignored him. She definitely brings the atmosphere down

Let me start by saying I LOVE subway and eat at many of their restaurants all over LA and other parts of CA and I have NEVER felt the desire to leave a review until my visit today. I’m actually disappointed with myself that I didn’t let the lady know how wonderful she was before we left. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was Caucasian, with strawberry blonde curly hair and probably in her late 40’s. She was A prime example of what customer service and care for a customers experience should look like. Took a photo of the sandwiches because they were actual pieces of art. I love how they have the sandwiches open in the baskets when you dine in. She was very sweet and always made sure you got exactly what you wanted in your sandwich and athlete how you wanted it made. Her attention to detail was so appreciated. She didn’t chunk up the avocado and Lisa brown ugly avocado on the sandwich like I usually experience. She sliced it nicely and made sure it was spread out evenly across the whole sandwich so that you got a taste of it on every bite. She even cut off all the brown parts instead of putting it on the sandwich. She was so pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10 experience!

Very poor customer serviceStaff always messes up order , I don't come to this location often and don't plan on returning.Who ever was on the phone does not even know their prices and thought it was funny to say their avocado was only $1 and they can't refund it.If a customer is paying a total of $20 and some change for an order it should be taken seriously. As a previous employer of the franchise its embarrassing.

The guy was really nice but unfortunately I won’t be back. Sandwiches lacked meat and all you taste was veggies. He was also sweating and not wearing a hat and kept touching his head with his wrist. I almost got tempted to cancel the whole order but he was already almost done with it. It was also an order for my co workers and they were all waiting on me. I hate leaving bad reviews but when it’s a health concern then I will definitely voice my opinion. That’s unacceptable!!!! Won’t be back
