Simply the best, these cheesecake (strawberry and praline pecan) where: creamy, smooth and sinfully delicious. Chaz cheesecakes have been inducted into my list of all-time favorite desserts. I can't wait to taste your healthy meals, you have something original and special going on. I am just to busy with life and work too cool healthy when I return home so I am looking forward to order my meals a week at a time. I purchase (2) cheesecakes and my best friends wife demanded that she take one of them home with her. So I will be back soon. Very grateful too you Chaz.....

This isn't actually a store, but a small freezer in a vegan food place. I got the strawberry one. Since it's frozen, I asked the person working how long I should leave it out for, and she said half hour in the fridge. I double checked that it was half hour IN THE FRIDGE, since that seems way too short, but she said yes. Well long and behold half hour and this s***** is still a solid block of ice. So had to change my plans and have it after dinner instead of lunch. After 6 or so hours in the fridge, the thing still has ice in it. So yeah, ever had a cheese cake that's icy crunchy and costs 90 bucks? Not fun. Taste after it melts more was very forgetable. Everyone thought it had way too much strawberries. So it's not a strawberry cheesecake, but more like a granola bar bottom with strawberries in top. Honestly there are plenty of other options that's less than half the price.

Please be clear that this is in no way, shape or form a bakery. It is a gym with personal trainers and there is a small fridge with the $8 pies. I did not bother to buy one since I was expecting a bakery and who knows how long they have been sitting there.

We tried the chocolate chivalry.... absolutely delicious!!!! We were so pleased that can't wait for our next celebration to try another flavor! We would have loved to try the cherry one but it was not available :( The family was amazed!!!

Drove to Burbank from Upland to buy this pie not having read a single review. My wife is allergic to sugar & most common sweetness, so her eating dessert that isn't home made is not common. The Sweet Encounter pies are all sweetened with agave nectar and a natural a natural alcohol sugar called erythritol, both of which my wife can tolerate! We purchased & tried three of the four flavors, chocolate, Carmel pecan, & strawberry, and I have to say that these pies are spectacular in every way! The texture is creamy, smooth, and light. The flavor, whether fruit or confection is, perfectly rich (muy ríco if you speak Spanish) and bold. Strawberry is currently my favorite, but that is likely to change with the wind, because the other flavors are just as delish. These pies were worth every moment of the hour-each-way drive and we will certainly be ordering a full pie for future events. We eat vegan at home though I do not vegan diet personally. I recommend this pie for vegans AND non-vegans, it's is THAT good!

I called in for a cake for a friend's birthday, I wasn't able to pick it up until Saturday and they had it waiting for me at the Performance X on Alameda. The man who helped me on the phone was so kind and I was uncertain of which cake to get. I ended up getting the chocolate and it was a HIT! Everyone was so impressed and the consistency was that of a cheese cake, but it's VEGAN! SO DELICIOUS!!

Might be the best pie I've ever had in my life. Yes it's so weird at first going into a physical therapy place when you're not a patient... and for pie of all things - but that first bite dissolves the weirdness. The slices come frozen and you need to defrost for a few before enjoying. They're expensive little buggers but each sliver of a bite is so packed with the most delectable flavors that I can't be mad. Would highly recommend indulging - they're one of the healthiest desserts and it's so odd that they can taste so magical at the same time. Check em out! Definitely best and most special vegan dessert in Burbank.
My wife picked up a whole chocolate pie for my b-day and it was incredible! Although it is perfect for vegetarians like myself who also try to watch sugar intake, carnivores and those with a sweet tooth will also love it. It has a great texture and it is awesome to enjoy dessert without the guilt or processed ingredients.

I was lucky enough to try one of these desserts at a private party. I'm not sure of the official name but it was chocolate, with cherries and 100% delicious! I honestly thought it was some new decadent dessert from Dairy Queen, or maybe whole foods or some upscale ice cream dessert pie place. I had to be told multiple times that there was no dairy and no gluten in it! If I didn't trust our host so much I would have found it very, very hard to believe. Later on I was able to meet the creator of these fine desserts, Chaz, and heard it directly from him. He spoke about health, fitness, healing and yes, pies, with such passion that it was easy to realize why they tasted not only freaking delicious but also nourishing. As others have said, I felt no regret, no bloat, no heavy sugar bomb destruction in my body systems. Just pure satisfaction. If you are lucky enough to be able to get one of these, don't hesitate, go get it!

I had the pumpkin cream pie last night, I loved it! The miniature pie is smooth, sweet, and boasts complex flavors! Each bite accentuated one of the many unique ingredients. Each morsel delighted delighted with the bursts of salt, nutmeg, and creamy cashew nuttiness. Most importantly, none of the the ingredients overshadowed the pumpkin. I'm impressed.
