I was staying at the hotel right next-door. It was just a few steps away which was good because I did not rent a car. I got the chicken teriyaki and it was very tasty and it was filling as well. It’s a very good choice for a quick meal. It doesn’t stay open very late at night so you’ll need to make sure you get there before it closes. Not much for atmosphere so I took the food to go.

Not my favourite. $19 for a rainbow roll. With that price tag, I wasn't willing to order anything additional and went home hungry. The bill came out to $40 all told without ordering drinks. We asked about tea, but a hot tea was $5.Rainbow roll had a sweet sauce on it - ponzu? Fellow shrimp-haters beware: rainbow roll has shrimp. Overall, I think the sushi was good, but not a style I personally like and not worth the cost to me.The wife ordered oyakodon and loved it. Her portion was good and it made me a bit sad that I received so much less food for the same cost.Counter service. If you want refills on water or anything, you'll need to go up and ask. They are very nice folks.Restaurant and restroom were both very clean.

This is really good, no frills Japanese food with classic Japanese service. Bento is great for the variety or for sharing with someone. Tempura done just right and not greasy. Salmon teriyaki was grilled over a flame resulting in a lightly crispy skin. Very refreshing green tea with toasted rice. Prices are moderate for the quality.While eating there, saw plenty of takeout action during lunch. Can walk in the back entrance from the neighboring Hampton Inn or Marriott.Parking: Easy, close to the front door.
We were very happy with our takeout order of teriyaki chicken, tempura udon. Teriyaki good flavor, udon noodles in very tasty broth, tempura crisp and fresh. Tempura was mostly veggies, just one small piece of shrimp and one crab stick, but they were all delish. We will be back.

There are 2 entrances which makes it easy too when walking from the water front, just walk into the Hampton Inn carpark and you'll see the back door.Chicken teriyaki was suburb. Highly recommend. Clean Mom and Pop sushi/burger restaurant. Located behind some hotels. There is a back way through the fence located behind Hotel or you can walk around. Their bacon, avocado burger was very good. Fresh ingredients. I did not try the sushi.

A true gem. This hole-in-the-wall spot is convenient to SFO airport hotels and offers two menus: burgers or Japanese fare.I went for the bento box. The salmon was delicious and savory, the tempura perfectly cooked and not a bit oily, and the sushi roll spot-on.The table next to me raved about their sushi rolls.I fly through SFO regularly and will definitely be back.This is also a good spot for lunch. The small dining room is very casual and there are picnic tables available outside.

I always stop here for a sandwich. They make the best grilled sourdough with cheddar avocado, and tomato. They're such a sweet couple and I look forward to getting to come here and eat lunch with them. ❤️ ?

Great burger and nice Japanese bento box restaurant. We are staying at a nearby hotel and decided to take out some food for dinner. Ordered a couple cheese burgers and they tasted great. ***The restaurant closes at 6pm***.

This place is ran by a husband and wife couple. Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Ordered a bento box, the sushi was really fresh and was delicious. The couple were really friendly and I loved the family environment.
