“M Stop! Is a must stop! There’s three deli shops in the area. I’m gonna say this spot is #1. The shop is clean, the service is great, the sandwiches are great quality. The type of sandwhich you get here doesn’t make you want to go to sleep after eating it, you can still go back to work and have a productive day.M Line- tri tip, that was sliced up. Never had a trip tip sandwich in this form but it was great. So tender and made it easier to eat vs. slices of tri tip the way most spots do.Parking: Limited but not impossible, double park if you have to!Kid-friendliness: Snacks! Snacks! Snacks!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and welcomed!“
“Very cute little sandwich shop, my sandwich was made by Mr Carroll himself who was very sweet and made pleasant conversation while I paid. I got the tri-tip sandwich, which was more like a brisket sandwich but delicious none the less. If I lived closer I’d be here more often!“
“Came here because it was highly rated and I'm out here on business. I was able to smell this place a block away and it smelled amazing. Got the Cousin Vinny sandwich and it was great, I will definitely be back, when I'm out here for “
“The store is very well-stocked, clean, and competitively priced. Great selection of snacks, drinks, and miscellaneous pantry and household items. Their deli has tasty sandwiches made with care. The location is super convenient if you're on the West Menlo/Sharon Heights/Oak Creek side of Stanford.Overall, it's a great place to shop and support a family-run small business :)“
“Mike & Ken’s Deli, my son wanted a turkey sandwich, we drove to Little Luca, it was 5:30 PM. The place closed at 4:00PM. We drove around after looking for a sandwich place open, the map suggest to try the Mike & Ken’s Deli. I was happy to see a couple of Cop vehicles outside the deli, (always a good sign that the food is good) there was a few orders ahead and it was 11 minutes formy turn. My son went for the Turkey and Provolone sandwich on soft roll, they were out of it so we went for the warmed sourdough instead. Nice people making the sandwich with large selection of salads, breakfast and sandwiches. The deli is like a small liquor store serving beer with lottery ticket machine available.“
“You can't go wrong with Teanis! In my honest opinion these sandwiches are far much better than little Luca. The service is always quick but thoughtful. Although they are always busy I receive my food in a timely manner. I also enjoy that this is a small business & the home feeling the shop's decor brings. These sandwiches are ginormous and one sandwich can easily feed 2-3 people. I always have two meals out of one sandwich.“
“For me, San Mateo has always been a town I drive past while on my way to some other place. My pal Rossmoore Straightshaft had just moved his production facility from Santa Monica to San Mateo to be closer to his customer base. He promises me the best Italian sandwiches in the country from the Roma Deli for my help setting up his Plattromitor machine so he can get busy making those Wallydoodles and Wacknutters.I'll tell you....nothing beats a good old fashioned Italian submarine sandwich, and the Rona Deli makes about the best out there. ☆☆☆☆☆“
“"Flaming Dogs deli in Redwood City, CA is an absolute hidden gem in the Peninsula! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality. But let's talk about the food - their chicken salad is simply off the chain! Fresh, flavorful, and oh-so-satisfying. And let's not forget about the owner, who's one cool dude. His passion for food and dedication to customer satisfaction truly shine through. If you're looking for a lunch spot that's more than just a meal, put Flaming Dogs on your bucket list. You won't regret it!"“
“Love this place. There sandwiches are so hood and priced at a reasonable price unlike so many places that charge much more and there sandwiches don't even compare to Golden Ninth Deli. My only issue is that there closed on Sundays and only open to 1:00 on Saturdays which is to earlier for a Saturday which in my opinion should st least stay open until 2:00-3:00. Today(Saturday)I placed an order at 12:50pm and they canceled it so I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I ended up ordering from somewhere else which was decent but way overpriced!!!! $44.00 for 2 sandwiches is robbery but since Golden Ninth canceled my order even though it wasn't 1:00pm was upsetting. Some Ppl don't always each lunch until later in the afternoon!!!! But besides that they have amazing sandwiches!!“
“By far one of the best Deli's my family and I have ever had. Their garlic spread is on point! Highly recommend everyone to try this spot. We try to stop here whenever we get a chance to go to the bay. The last time I was up North was 2018, and sadly, it happened to be closed. Can't wait until we go there again! ❤️❤️“
“Very good Reuben sandwich. Actually everything that I have had to eat here has been very tasty and the portions are extremely generous. The restaurant is in an office building with a planted atrium with tables and chairs for diners to eat which is a bonus. Enjoy!“
“The pastrami sandwich was very tasty, the meat was nice and lean, and except for the fact that they were out of rye bread, was exactly what I wanted. The grilled cheese sandwich had enough cheese on it for three sandwiches. The sandwiches don't come with any sides.“
“This is outstanding food to either eat between flights or take onto your long foodless flight for a truly satisfying meal. Friendly and helpful and they had gluten free bread when I asked! A custom made gluten free hot sandwich is enough to make me schedule a flight to that gate area on a long trip!“
“Cool and hip sandwich joint in the heart of downtown Burlingame. Stopped in unexpectedly for a sandwich today. The menu was fairly extensive. You can choose from pre-defined sandwiches or build your own. Ingredients seemed really fresh, including the Dutch Crunch bread which was nice and soft. The staff was super friendly and I appreciate that they greeted me the moment I walked in the door! Also loved that the prices were fair. Under $10 for a sandwich that was large enough to share with my wife. Would definitely return the next time I’m in the area.“
