If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Employees are extremely rude and don't greet anyone . I ordered a matcha for pick up and they didn't care to let me know that they put my cold drink in a hot cup. I wait for about 10 mins before someone comes and rudely asked me if I need anything. Clear as day I'm waiting something but instead they decided to be rude and whisper to each other. Never coming to this location EVER again.

They have a large seating area with tables, chairs and couches. Casual place but they have pretty loud music so it's not a quiet cafe type of place. I came for a smoothie and it was good with decent service.

I LOVE this Joe's and Juice. This is my goto place to do work and have a great drink or lunch. The space is huge, great selection of music. I'm also wildly addicted to their sandwiches with that Denmark? bread. I've never experienced anything unsatisfactory except this one time where I just couldn't connect to their wifi and ended up using my own hotspot. Otherwise, fabulous place and establishment!

This is a honest review. The staff are very rude and the food is atrociously small for the money that's charged. I want to bring to attention that the boy cut haircut person who took our order at 6.35pm on Feb 28th was just completely rude and irritated when talking the order. Made a really bad sandwich that was tasteless.. They definitely need some training. One 1 star for the interior.

A very nice interior. Love this shop. It is a nice place to have coffee or juice. It is also a good place to hang out with friends. The coffee is nice. I ordered latte and love it is still hot after a while. It is not that strong. I heard the sandwich and juice.are yummy. We will try next time.

FRAUD!! Beware!! This is my second review. Despite the fact that this location never has consumable products (rock hard avocado, no bananas, frozen chicken) I try and support this place but am regretting it because this time they took my money and did not provide any goods or services. Today is the 13th day waiting for a refund. Details below: Since I know better than to order here without confirming that they have consumable products, I intentionally ask about various items to ensure they have product ready for my order. Without hesitation, they place my order. I asked for two Joe Clubs and two power shakes. Once my card was charged, they told me the chicken was still frozen and we had to wait. Ummm, I'm sorry, no! So they suggested a refund. I gladly accepted. By this time , the two power shakes were already made so they comped them for our inconvenience and said they had to send an email to management for my refund and to expect it in 7-10 business days. They must have pretended to mention anything to their boss about a refund because when I called them days later, they had no idea about the matter. They don't have a system that allows them to do refunds in the spot. You need to jump through hoops with emails, calls and still no action on a refund. We walked out without a full order and I would expect nothing less than two free shakes for leading me to place a full order, have my card charged almost $60 and no sandwiches. So here I am, 13 days later on the verge of having to contact my bank to put in a fraud claim because management has gone ghost. But not before I let everyone know how this location is struggling to keep its doors open due to the lack of customer service and horrible delivery/ reviews. Now taking your money without delivering products or services in exchange for it. I went back a while later to ask why I haven't received a refund, they completely turned me down and the girl who originally placed my order caught an unprofessional attitude with me about having given me two free shakes for the inconvenience as if she did me a favor. Basically I paid $54 for two power shakes. She should have checked the chicken before I swiped my card especially when I put extra emphasis about my past experience she still let me order knowing the chicken was frozen. And if she didn't know, how dare you get attitude with a customer who paid $54 for nothing but another let down. You can't take money that isn't yours when you do not fulfill orders! What world are we living in where businesses are doing this now? If you choose to go here, make sure they physically check and confirm that all items to fulfill full orders with no missing ingredients are ready and available otherwise you'll end up paying for nothing. Seems more like I was forced to make a charitable donation at this point. I want my money back!

Great place to sit down and get some work done. Open comparatively late vs. other coffee shops, very laid back and usually pretty empty. Everything you might need to eat or drink is there, interior and vibe are great. The smoothies and juices are expensive and not very good, but the coffee is fine. They play the SAME playlist on repeat every day so bring headphones if you plan on coming more than once.

These sandwiches are so good! I'm gluten free and it's some of the crispiest and most flavorful gf bread I've had. I've tried three sandwiches (avocado, tunacado, and the chicken) and so far the chicken is my favorite, but none were bad. I also get the herb tonic juice every time I go. The ambience in the Burlingame location is also very cool, nice seating, good music, and interesting art. Additionally, I just learned they originated in Denmark!

Stopped in for a coffee and decided to try a green juice at the recommendation of the staff. It was delicious and of course much better for me. Aside from the health benefits I just want to commend the staff, eqch if them! Super friendly group of young people who are all smiles, fun to chat up, and always helpful! Greay customer service us rare these days so I wanted to make sure the staff gets the high-fives and 5 Stars they deserve!

Who owns this place?!Customer service is ATROCIOUS. Drinks are tiny, food is subpar. Don't get the fresh juice, see pic.While I'm ordering, the gal picks up her phone, and guess what she didn't get my order correct. Instead of fixing it, she tells me she'll charge me for the correct size.You need to fire the entire staff. LAZY. When we walked in, the cashier was sitting on the counter on her phone (pic)The bathroom needs attention, and not just napkins tossed in there and soap should be put into the dispensers. They're all loudly complaining about customers after they've ordered as they sit inside.For as much as this place charges per item, it'd be great to have employees that put in some effort. They can't even be bothered to label your groups items, allergies be damned.You should be MORTIFIED with how your staff treats the customers. We will not be coming back.Dietary restrictions: STAFF DOES NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS ALLERGY.

The food and drinks are pretty good. The portions are small and overpriced. The staff is mostly high schoolers and the wait time is long. Overall it's okay, could use some improvement.
