Just like other Starbucks I patronized, I like how they have tea available. Even just this alone, already 5 stars.I was originally intending to get the Honey Citrus Mint Tea. As an alternative, I opt in for the Royal English Breakfast Tea. Which is also an excellent alternative anytime of the day.Staff members are friendly. Good, prompt service. It wasn't even as bad as some thought.In terms of ambiance, lighting is sufficient. I just love when lighting is balanced between bright and dim.One thing that is bringing me back, seating available indoor and outdoor.If you are thirsty or hungry while waiting for the bus, Starbucks is here for you.Definitely a great spot for coffee/tea here at Burlingame Plaza Mall.

The Dude at the cashier with long hair looked stoned out of his mind. Couldn't even process a simple 1 coffee order. Each time I go there the atmosphere feels very uninviting. Like they don't want to be there, and that's at all hours of the day.I get no one "Loves" their job, but you're supposed to have the professionalism of Greeting Customers when they enter and not give them a sour face while taking/making orders... *Your Making coffee, it's not the end of the world.*The Manager was the only one that was courteous and didn't look like he dreaded having to do his job. Props to that guy for being the only one there that has it together ?

I was told I didn't yet cream cheese because I didn't order it on the app. Where can you order cream cheese on the app? The Bagel specifically says it comes with cream cheese or butter. I come here pretty much everyday and I feel offended that this lady asked me to stand in line to purchase creamcheese.

Paid extra for a venti cup and it came like this. The matcha is also poorly mixed. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I think before you put an employee to deal with people, you should provide them with the right training. Teach them how the system works. Teach them the name of every order and product you have. Either the employees are too lazy to listen to you or or do you know the orders on the system? You’re charging so much money for the coffee people need to have their orders, right?

Horrible Starbucks with horrible drinks. Ordered their iced tall nonfat latte with chocolate cold cream and it was only after the fact that they said they didn't have it. But I was still charged the extra surcharge and also they were out of whipped cream.Awful service and also the store is horribly messy.
