I’ve passed by this place four times in the past month during their posted business hours, it was never opened. Maybe it’s out of the business? But the Google map info/hours haven’t been updated. No posted sign at the store indicating why it’s closed (the vacation notice ended more than a month ago).Even if it’s out of business, the update should be posted somewhere so people won’t wasting their time coming here.

This place is never open according to their posted hours. I have come by several times on a weekend afternoon and they are closed with no reason posted.

Bought the cakes today, but only eat 1 bite each because they are all bad. The cream is bitter and the fruit is rotten. Won’t go to this please again.

Came here for breakfast before going to work . I ordered a tall Latte, regular butter croissant , and a kimchi butter croissant. The latte was good , buttery croissant was delicious, crispy on the outside soft and buttery in the inside . The kimchi croissant was okay , it's an acquired taste, not for everybody, but I actually enjoyed it . The staff is nice and friendly . The coffee shop is clean and follow covid 19 guidelines.

Bought a few things to try from this location— most notable so far is the strawberry croissant. It had a more of a solid texture, not buttery or soft. The cream was very light. Overall tasted like a healthy pastry. Also tried the milk cream bread. That was more on the heavier side. Didn’t like how palpable the bread generally was and it left a bit of an uncomfortable feeling or aftertaste in my throat. Will try the other items I bought and update this later.

Don't waste your time coming here. They don't pick up their phones for orders and they do not follow their hours of operations. I drove out of the way to get a cake for a birthday as they would not pick up my phone call for an over the phone order, and they closed early. No reason was provided on the door.

I wanted to give them a chance despite the many bad reviews. Their cakes are very tasty but the service does not make it worth it. Called to inquire about a custom cake for a gender reveal party. Lady sounded like she was unsure about their cake options and capabilities. So she had to confirm with her manager. 4 days later she finally got back to me. Quoted $112 for what I wanted which was: fresh cream cake, 2 layers, one layer blue, other layer with blueberry, white roses outside. It was out of our budget and I told her I declined. I was bummed because I loved their cakes and how lightly sweet it was. So I look on their website and see if I could make anything else work as a gender reveal cake. I see the blueberry yogurt cake was basically what I was asking for. So I call her back and ask for it, without anything on the outside. And I asked if they could write "boy or girl?" on a piece of chocolate. If they couldn't do it, then just all white outside. Total was $70. Told her pick up date and paid over the phone. I had some nagging feeling something would go wrong. So I pick it up earlier. Through the box I see the worst writing on top of the cake. Not what I asked for. We could just scrape it off and level it... I was thinking positively. Now the real topper was when we cut into the cake... As a gender reveal cake it should be apparent what color it is when you lift the slice. There was a LITTLE layer of color. It was mostly cream. The drastic difference between what we got and what the picture looks like online. We were catfished. Never ordering from here again. Quality, prices, and service was poor. Management seriously needs to step in.

They offer the cruffin!!! I don't see this item offered a lot so I was really happy to see it and they were delicious- the 5 star review heh I prefer the vanilla over the matcha, I believe each cruffin is about $3.25 They also offer more variety of items and beverages vs their Fremont location and San Jose location inside H-Mart I'll be back when I'm in the area again!

I was excited to see another bakery around that is similar to the styles of Paris Baguette or 85C. Unfortunately there was nothing special about this place that would make me want to go back. The pastries tasted just ok. A unique item was there kimchi croquette which, while flavorful, was kind of missing some kimchi and felt mostly like a kind of stuffing inside; I think they should have added more actual kimchi pieces. Their Vanilla cruffin was also a let down; usually there is a cream inside but theirs tasted more of a pudding. The milk custard bun was very soft and doughy in a weird way. Those are just some of the noticeable aspects of the food. For drink, I had the lavendar latte which mostly tasted of a light coffee with slight floral flavor. Servie was basic. The menus on the TV were not on or did not show an actual menu so it was hard to decide what I actually wanted to drink. Most of the pastries were displayed but some shelves were empty, even at 08:45 am. Indoor dining was not available at the time. The location is inside a plaza so plenty of parking otherwise.

This place has the worst service , especially the guy in the morning, he's super rude! I came in and heard him arguing with a customer. For the food, I saw a fly in the display! That guy tried to charge me 50 cent extra for addition bags! I understand you might need to charge extra for supplies, but 50 cents?? Supermarkets charge 25 cents for extra bag and your pastry paper bag cost 50cents ?

Firstly, for some reason, everything here tastes not even half as good as the one in San Jose. Also, I'm very picky about the way my food is handled or packaged but I was very disappointed with the way they packed my purchases given the expensive price of their breads. The cashier here just packed the pre-packaged items (those with plastic packagings that can be hand-picked and put back on the shelf by anyone who's touching it while looking around) together with the items that are not packaged yet. I don't like how the food is touching the other packagings. If he asked before he did that, I could have just told him not to pack them together but he didn't even ask. Lastly, the hours are inconsistent with what they posted on yelp or google. Not worth it. I'm switching to Paris Baguette for good. Never returning here, and I'll tell my friends to do so as well.

Lacking in selection in the Burlingame location. Hours posted is incorrect, place an order 24 hours in advance in person and had paid for the items, told the cashier I needed the pastries by 8 am, cashier said no problem, upon my arrival the next day, they were not open yet, I had to knock on the door several times before someone came to open the door, and my order was not ready for pick up, had to wait 10-13 minutes for them to pack everything up and told me if I wanted a bag / box with my order I had to pay for the bag/ box, I spent $50 in pastries and they wanted to charge me extra for a bag/box, lol. Greedy! Wrong way to do business, not going back there, pastries are highly over priced.

The quality of the bread and cakes has dropped. I have ordered two cakes different times and both have tasted sour and almost to the point they taste rotten or have been in the fridge a long time. As well with the strawberry croissant the cream tastes old and sour. Bread is not soft like it used to be. Management better get their business straight

It's been weird; I've tried to come here a few mornings and various days of the week and the place is consistently closed even though it's within the hours posted that they open- everyday 8-6. Cakes are normally great but pasteries here are on the dry sode
