Had their bacon breakfast burrito. It was enough for me to split with my little one. It came with potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon (a bit chewy. I prefer crispy bacon), onions and cilantro. Overall not bad . I asked for the sauce on the side. They also gave me some lemons, grilled chile and radish on the side too.It's a little market with a dining area so you can plan to sit and eat there too.
I first discovered Establos when I saw a line of people coming out the door. So naturally I stopped and found out most people were getting burritos. This was back when the shop was much smaller. I have been going for years. I also like the meat market how they trim and cut. Also if there is a particular meat you are looking for they might have it it is just not on display. Establos has remodeled and put their cash registers in the middle section of the store making for a better if not perfect traffic flow. This a Mexican specialty grocery store with an option to order or take out food. Pan dulce from Panadería Vanessa in Oxnard is brought in fresh daily. There is now a nice expanded eating area, where Rocket Fizz used to be. We go for the tacos, freshly made guacamole and to buy El Metate corn tortillas.
