First off, I love their sandwiches.Some online ordering tips! Do not make an online order unless you are willing to wait 30 minutes. Better to go in and order, as you will do a lot less waiting. Most web/app orders at restaurants place you next in line but Mike’s system doesn’t work that way. Also, the phone has been ringing (as I write this) nonstop for a good 5 minutes without being answered. They are definitely understaffed.
This crew is totally lost, never waited so long to place an order. Staff not trained, or no management here to guide them. I hit a Jersey Mike’s every week all over SoCal, this is the only bad experience I have ever had.
