“The review is really for the staff. My husband and I eat lunch here sometime bc his office is near by. Tommy the manager is so sweet he has the face of angel, is always smiling, and working hard. I think her name is Itzel the young Hispanic girl with braces, we have an inside joke about the parmesan. They are great employees that always give great service, and they deserve to be recognized. The food is decent, but what really sets this location apart are the employees. I hope someone in management reads this.“
“The team is always really friendly and hardworking - I’ve been meaning to hop on here and leave a review. My family enjoys the pizzas - we’ll often take a large pizza to go and we can all add the toppings we want at home. It ends up being one of our favorite pizzas in town.“
“It feels very warm and comfortable inside and being able to enjoy the pizza with wings is a must experience, especially pasta selections. NY Pizza makes me feel back at home.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizzas, pastas, salads.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.Parking: Parking space is not large, but availableKid-friendliness: Family friendly for everyone of all ages in my experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Able to accommodate according to needs“
“First time I got pizza from here- the staff were kind and the pizza made quickly to order. You can tell the ingredients are good quality and fresh - we ordered a vegetarian pizza. For some reason the pizza tasted sweet and everything felt overall basic. I don’t think we will order from here again - probably try some other places for an enhanced flavor“
“It's pointless to look elsewhere for worlds best American style Pizza, Toppers is the last stop, I can eat its carnitas pizza everyday for the rest of my life, but unfortunately the pizzas quality varies by the location and i can say Simi could be the best and Valencia location is the worst, I wish they cover more areas specially around LA“
“The food is so delicious!! IComes out hot! Staff is awesome!!! Will definitely be going back again, so many dishes that need to be tried! We even took home some mini cannolis!! I had the lunch special Meatball with provolone sandwich and one of the best I’ve ever had!! ??? ?“
“The pizza and food is wonderful. There were a couple of mix ups with our order and the way they handled the problem was perfect and we appreciated it. We will definitely be back even with the problems because they handled everything perfectly and the food is delicious!“
“Friendly bartenders.Fun disco lighting in the evening. Some advice to other patrons:if you don't want others to use your bowling balls, then keep them on your side.We had a very rude family next to us that had a conniption whenever we'd accidentally pick up one of their garish bowling balls.Easy fix--keep them on your side.“
“As far as Sbarro goes, this is one of the better ones I've been to. After my experience at The Oaks Mall, I almost gave up on Sbarro until I happened upon this food court at the Camarillo Outlets while hangry. I liked Sbarro's ultra thin pizza, not their new thicker XL crust which is more like cardboard. So I asked the cook if he could make it thinner. He advised it wouldn't be as level, may have too much flop to it, etc. but I was good with it. So he tried to thin out the pizza he made fresh for me. The large pepperoni pizza for $25 brought back memories of going to the mall as a kid and getting a slice of Sbarro's. The mall wasn't just for shopping, it was for dining, killing time, and just hanging out. Sbarro's was my go-to at any mall and this place was spot on with that memorable flavor. There wasn't too much grease (though my childhood pizza left a plate of grease), the pizza had decent flavor, and I knew I would be coming back. This time I went with the XL, no special instructions. What irritated me was the 3% credit surcharge they snuck in at checkout. Yes it's allowed now but the customer must be notified, and I'm not sure a receipt after the fact counts as being notified of a credit card surcharge. Anyway, I had the thicker crust and it was still pretty decent, but it was a little stiffer, staler and not enough flop and foldability. As for the ambiance, well it's an outlet food court with half the court closed. I'll be coming back but only to order a whole pizza a little thinned out. Well that's this critics review, until next time, I'll be eating.“
“Simply the best pizza in town. Never disappoint, The pasta, sandwiches and salads excellent. Highly recommend this place .Kid-friendliness: It's very kid-family friendly place . Parking very easy and plenty of spacesParking: Plenty of free parking spaces“
“We go for the lunch special. It's delicious, good size portions and a friendly to the budget price. I get the one of their salads with a beer. I like their jalapeño beer, but the best is the Thai chili beer. Amazing beer with a touch of spicy. My husband always, and I do mean always, has the chipotle pizza. He always tries a new beer. The servings are perfect size for sharing. So our lunch is pizza, salad and beer for each. Perfect!“
