My son loves wingstop, so I frequent this location often. The food always tastes great and of course the ranch is amazing. When I go I always anticipate a wait if we don’t order ahead. The only issue is 9 times out of 10 my order may be missing something or I receive an incorrect item. I have never had a problem with the employees fixing the mistake. So there was a pick up snafu where someone else picked up our order on accident. The cashier had asked him if the order was for him and the guy said yes. They handled it properly by redoing our order right away and had it to us within another 15 mins. Kudos to the young lady at the register and the young man that was supervising! The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was better than expected. The breading was a bit on the salty side, but it was tasty and wasn't too thick. The chicken itself wasn't overcooked. The bun was lightly buttered and toasted.A regular soda was $3.59, which is abusive IMO. I can buy wine at Trader Joe for less than that. The dining room was clean, but it's a ghost town.
