Neighborhood gem. I should have gotten pancakes, but old habits are hard to deny. Pancakes were always a filler for us, because meat was so dear. Then, I order too much! I was practicing Spanish and meant to order only one meat, but got all three. The sausage was delicious, as was the pan de trigo which is usually dry, but their wheat toast was really flavorful. We visited Uncle John's on a Sunday late morning after shopping at Campbell's Farmer's Market.Greeted with smiles and sat at the counter. Enjoyed some delicious French Toast with a side of bacon and succulent Blueberry Pancakes with a side of sausage. We devoured our meal feeling content. Prices weren't bad at all.
