We tried Leucadia Pizza for the 1st time recently and the food was good though a bit on the expensive side for 7 inch pizzas. One of the pizzas, the Thai Chicken on came in a bit burnt but it didn't take away from the overall taste of the pizza. The biggest issue was that their website said that they have tables for in house eating and we had been driving for several hours and wanted place to sit down and eat, when we arrived, to our surprise, no tables! Leucadia Pizza Kitchen has pretty good pizza, I couldn't rate them a five on the pizzas themselves (we're pretty particular), but I think a four is appropriate. We particularly like the thin crust option with wheat dough. The part of the process that makes them unique to us is the website, If you previously received an email with a discount (e.g. 50% off on a single pizza), they automatically added it to your account. Leucadia Pizza (really in Encinitas) has an outstanding menu of choices at its home location. Less than a year ago the small chain opened a takeout only place on Tamarack just off I-5. For us, it's a five-minute drive to pick up food to go--which is always ready within five minutes. The Santa Fe Chicken Pasta is my favorite; I order a container of Caesar dressing to go and slather a bit on romaine at home.
