Since October 2022 I have been a consistent customer at the Pieology in Bressi Ranch. Whether it’s just for a fountain drink or a pizza I go at least five times a week. I have received nothing but the best quality of service and kindness from this team. Took way too long and the place seems very poorly managed. 4 employees behind the counter were standing around while one person who was supposed to be ringing up the long line of already-made pizzas was putting pizzas in the oven and grabbing ingredients from the back. Then the 10 or so customers in line watched as the employees were all walking around each other talking and not doing anything. Seemed like there was no process whatsoever. It was really weird. Great build your own pizzas here. Staff is always friendly, pizzas are tasty, and they have a nice outdoor area. This pizza is better than 90% of the pizzas in the area. Good luck finding good pizza. Can't go wrong here!
